★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place to get tax refund before I leave EU country. However the service of this place was horrible. I asked for tax refund but the lady said we need to go to Buchs to get customer stamp which already gonna be close at noon. Then what is the point having tax free at downtown instead of airport?!. We insist to get the stamp there but the lady kept saying credit card charge is expensive. We asked for the cost but she said she does not know. This was totally ridiculous. It is impossible to get tax refund for tourists here!.
