Ich bin sehr zufrieden und trainiere jetzt regelmäßig. I was very skeptical because I'm older. But I was totally surprised! Ich kann mir die Woche ohne Training bei Niko gar nicht mehr vorstellen, kenne auch die meisten, die trainieren kommen. sodass wir auch noch jede Menge Spaß haben! Wann immer ich einen Termin brauche oder verschieben muss, egal wie ich körperlich oder mental drauf bin; Niko hat immer die passende Lösung und so kann ich meine Muskeln erhalten, ohne wildes Training. Denn beim Sporttraining da geht die Post anders ab. Aber das ist das Einzigartige an diesem Training, dass für alles und für Jede(n) das passende Trainingsprogramm abrufbar ist. Individueller geht es einfach nicht! Danke Niko!!! The team around Bixpack has been accompanying me for more than 4 years, including Niko at Medcenter Nord since the opening. Mit EMS-Training habe ich ein viel besseres Ergebnis erzielt und das mit nur 20 min, zwei Mal in der Woche. Ich war zwar sehr schlank, mein Körper aber trotzdem weich – jetzt ist alles fest und straff. Kann das Training im Bixpack zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Man wird immer gut betreut, das Verhältnis ist freundschaftlich und die Trainer sehr motiviert. Absolutely great workout! Can not imagine going to the gym several times a week for a few hours. With EMS training I achieved a much better result and only 20 minutes, twice a week. Although I was very slim, but my body still soft - now everything is firm and tight. Can recommend the training in the Bixpack to 100%. You are always well looked after, the relationship is friendly and the coaches are very motivated.
