★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Freundin und ich leben in einer von dieser Hausverwaltung betreuten Altbauwohnung bei der immer wieder größere und kleinere Dinge zu reparieren waren. Alles hat immer schnell und ohne Schwierigkeiten funktioniert und die Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr professionell und freundlich.
Sogar bei einer Sache die nicht in ihren Verantwortungsbereich gefallen ist, hat die Dame am Telefon sich die Mühe gemacht, mir zu helfen ein geeignetes Unternehmen im Internet zu finden und generell war der Umgang immer sehr menschlich und bemüht.
My girlfriend and I live in an old apartment that is looked after by this property management company and where bigger and smaller things always had to be repaired. Everything always worked quickly and without difficulties and the staff are always very professional and friendly.
Even with one thing that did not fall within her area of responsibility, the lady on the phone took the trouble to help me find a suitable company on the Internet and in general the dealings were always very humane and hard-working.
