★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsere Anlage hat sich nach 3 Jahren Spießrutenlauf endlich von dieser Hausverwaltung getrennt. Sie ist mit unserem Bauträger geschäftlich verbandelt (Valorous verkauft Wohnungen, die sie verwaltet). Es wurde zum Beispiel ein eindeutiger Gewährleistungsfall den Eigentümern über die Betriebskostenabrechnung verrechnet und die Eigentümer mussten dieses Geld wieder mühevoll zurückerstreiten. Die Betriebskostenabrechnungen und Jahresabrechnungen waren nachweislich teilweise falsch und unprofessionell. Die Eigentümergemeinschaft hat viel Zeit damit verbracht, Valorous zu kontrollieren und Fehler richtig zu stellen. Ich bin sehr froh, dass nun offensichtich wieder Ruhe einkehrt und wir die Arbeit dieser Hausverwaltung nicht mehr selber erledigen müssen.
After 3 years of running the gauntlet, our facility finally parted with this property manager. She has a business relationship with our property developer (Valorous sells apartments that she manages). For example, a clear warranty case was charged to the owners via the utility bill and the owners had to laboriously repay this money. The operating cost statements and annual statements were demonstrably partly wrong and unprofessional. The community of owners has spent a lot of time checking Valorous and fixing mistakes. I am very happy that the calm has now evidently returned and that we no longer have to do the work of this property management ourselves.

Der anfangs sympathische und zuvorkommende Makler stellte sich nach und nach als sehr chaotisch heraus - Infos über die Bezugsfertigkeit und Verfügbarkeit der Wohnung änderten sich über Wochen, der Makler war teilweise nicht mehr erreichbar. Erst 5 Wochen nach Anbotslegung (und 3 Wochen nach Nicht-Zustandekommen des Mietvertrages) wurde das von mir hinterlegte Bargelddepot von 2400€ (!) rücküberwiesen - dazu jedoch vielen Dank an die Dame im Büro, die nach meinem Urgieren sofort Druck gemacht und alles in die Wege geleitet hat!
Es ist alles nochmal gut ausgegangen, jedoch rate ich von einer Betreuung zumindest von besagtem Makler entschieden ab! Lassen Sie sich nicht von einem/r MaklerIn unter Druck setzen bzgl. der Hinterlegung eines Depots, um die Wohnung zu "reservieren". Der Wohnungsmarkt ist zwar sehr umkämpft, rechtlich ist dies jedoch nicht zulässig und jede professionelle Firma wird kein Geld im Vorfeld von Ihnen erzwingen.
Unfortunately I have to advise against this company! The initially personable and courteous broker gradually turned out to be very chaotic - information about the readiness for occupancy and availability of the apartment changed over weeks, the broker was sometimes no longer available. Only 5 weeks after the offer was submitted (and 3 weeks after the rental contract was not concluded) was the cash deposit of 2400 € (!) Deposited by me returned - but many thanks to the lady in the office, who immediately put pressure on me and everything in has led the way!
Everything went well again, but I strongly advise against taking care of at least the said broker! Do not allow yourself to be put under pressure by a realtor to leave a deposit in order to "reserve" the apartment. While the housing market is very competitive, it is not legally allowed and any professional company will not force you to pay any upfront money.
