ÖRAG Österreichische Realitäten-Aktiengesellschaft - Herrengasse 17

Im Herbst 2020 ,mitten im Lockdown, war ich auf der Suche nach Vorsorgewohnungen zum Zweck der Immobilienveranlagung. Dabei bin ich auf das Projekt Eschenpark / Stipcakgasse der ÖRAG gestossen. Dank der, in jeder Hinsicht , hevorragenden Betreuung und Beratung durch Herrn Doll war es trotz der Covid - Situation möglich in diesem Projekt eine Wohnung für meine Tochter und drei Wohnungen für mich zu finden.Die Abwicklung war problemlos, Herr Doll hat sich außerdem bereit erkärt uns bei der Übernahme der Wohnungen nach Fertigstellung zu vertreten und dazu noch bei der Behebung kleiner Mängel an unserer Stelle tätig zu werden. Das Projekt ínsgesamt und die Wohnungen sind sehr schön geworden. Ich kann die ÖRAG und speziell Herrn Doll als Partner beim Kauf von Immobilien sehr empfehlen.

Ich erhalte seit Monaten eine nicht gerechtfertigte Mahnung. Nach Klärung mit einem Mitarbeiter wurde mir versprochen, diese würde gelöscht werden, was nie passiert ist. Das ist mittlerweile schon das zweite Mal, dass ich ungerechtfertigte Mahnungen erhalte, jedes mal ist es wieder ein Kampf, den ständig wechselnden Ansprechpartnern (vermutlich aufgrund hoher Fluktuation im Unternehmen) den Sachverhalt zu erklären. Die telefonische Erreichbarkeit ist ausbaufähig und auf Mails wird sowieso kaum geantwortet.

Not professional, incompetent, a pain to get minute things from their side like sending lease contract or repairing or delivering services

Don't make any contracts with this company!!! This company is a circus! We have been contacting the company by all means (emails, telefone calls and letters) since months for informing them over and over again for the same issues that need to be repaired and we have been constantly ignored!! It's insane, we don't know what to do anymore. They don't even bother to reply back our emails! ..honestly we are surprise that they spend time to comment on the google reviews! ..if they care about their public image they should improve their service and reply their emails and not to hunt after every dissatisfied client who ended up writing a google review as the only way to complain. And for this dispeakable "service"' and inconvenient we have to pay them monthly with our Betriebskosten! Last year they left us 3 weeks long without heating during the winter time.

Sehr schlecht. Terrible experience. Appointment was moved without any explaination and was told about it just a couple of hours before it. The agent didnt care that I was on the train to go to meet her. Avoid this company at all cost.

The worst company you can expect. Not professional, rude and disorganized! When calling to ask for solutions, their receptionist was even discriminatory, as I had an accent speaking German and she was always implying I didn't know how things "work in Austria". In summary, after having 3 specific problems while living for 2 years in an apartment handled by them, their employees constantly ignored my emails, letters, and complaints. When I returned the apartment they even continued charging money from my bank account. When asked, they were rude and even to the point of yelling on the phone that they can't help it! While living there I had to fix problems, like the cellar getting flooded because of a problem in the building, and the air extractor in the bathroom was broken because of a badly installed screw during the construction, with my own money and they always ignored my communications and help requests. I even sent a letter detailing all the specifics of my problems and how I realized they were systematically ignoring the emails and again, got no answer at all. After handing the apartment back, they said it would take them at least a month to return the deposit, just because, no real reasons, even looked for the most stupid things to take money out of it when I returned an apartment in perfect conditions, even painted. If you can, before renting an apartment in Vienna, check the Hausverwaltung is not with Örag, this unprofessional company, since you will have as you can see with many other comments here, headaches and bad service.
