Ich finde es wichtig so etwas zu begründen, genauso wie ich begründen kann, warum ich bisher so gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe. Der Grund für meine Bewertung ist, dass ich erst letztens wieder einen ausgezeichneten Support erhalten habe und dafür auf diese Weise Danke sagen möchte. Als kürzlich bei mir ein Schaden entstanden ist, hat quasi der Installateur schon im nächsten Moment geklingelt. Ich habe auch bei anderen diversen Problemen, die im Laufe der Zeit passieren, jedesmal sofortige und umgehende Unterstützung erhalten. Ich muss sagen das ist wirklich nicht bei jeder Hausverwaltung so, da wird wochenlang oft nichts unternommen und die MieterInnen nicht mal informiert. Diese Erfahrung durfte ich schon bei einer anderen Hausverwaltung machen. Hier jedenfalls habe ich von Frau L., die für mich zuständig ist, jedesmal sowohl eine umgehende, lösungsorientierte wie auch ausgezeichnete Betreuung erhalten. Since 2014, I live in a house run by Chalupa real estate and wonder about the bad review. I think it's important to justify such a thing, just as I can explain why I've had such good experiences so far. The reason for my rating is that I have recently received excellent support again and would like to say thank you in this way. As damage has recently occurred with me, the installer almost quang the bell the next moment. I've also got instant and immediate support for other diverse issues that happen over time. I have to say this is not really the case with any property management company, as often nothing is done for weeks and the tenants are not even informed. I was already allowed to do this experience with another property management company. In any case, here I have received from Ms L., who is responsible for me, both an immediate, solution-oriented and excellent support.

We had contact with this agency for one property and the agent was not honest or professional with us. In fact there was a very substantial miscalculation with the size of a property we were interested in. We asked a number of times about the size and the agent insisted on the stated size, yet a month later after we withdrew interest, the same property was advertised at more than 10% smaller. We also did not get accurate information about the condition of the property and found serious deterioration in the building quality that the agent never mentioned. If looking to buy from this agency I would advise being very, very careful.

This was my first time renting an apartment in Austria and Catharina walked me through the whole process, explaining everything clearly and patiently. She went above and beyond, even helping me to take measurements of the apartment for furniture purchases and negotiating with the owner on my behalf. She was also easy to reach and quick to respond to calls and emails. I would recommend her and the company to anyone!
