Bei der Vermietung wurde alles gut und klar kommuniziert, auch die ersten Fragen nach dem Einzug wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Ich wohne in einem Altbau, wo der Hof und das Stiegenhaus ordentlich aussehen und ich hie und da auch Handwerker wahrnehme die mal bei der Hauseingangstüre etwas reparieren, etwas ausmalen, Fenster reparieren.
