★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer Hilfe, Trost oder Rat sucht, ist hier definitiv fehl am Platzt! Die wenig hilfreiche Information, die ich hier bekam kann man ohnehin im Internet nachlesen. Anstatt beraten, wurde ich gedemütigt, mein Problem wurde mir zum Vorwurf gemacht und nach 30 min wurde eine Spende von mir verlangt ohne dafür eine Rechnung zu erhalten. Resumee dieser tollangebriesenen Beratung: ich habe tränenüberströmt und 50€ leichter das Büro verlassen!!!
Anyone looking for help, comfort or advice is definitely out of place here! The unhelpful information I got here can be read on the Internet anyway. Instead of being advised, I was humiliated, my problem was reproached and after 30 minutes I was asked to donate without receiving an invoice. Resumee of this terrific advice: I was covered in tears and 50 € easier to leave the office !!!
