★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anliegen der Eigentümer werden einfach ignoriert. Trotz mehrfacher telefonischer Zusagen schafft es die Hausverwaltung nicht einmal einen Fahrradständer aufstellen zu lassen. Seit drei Monaten fühlen wir uns nur noch veräppelt.
Owner concerns are simply ignored. Despite multiple phone calls, the property management team doesn't even manage to set up a bike stand. For three months now we've just felt fooled.

Arbeiten wohl aus Kosten-/Profitgründen mit den unprofessionellsten Firmen zusammen welche für eine kleine 15-minütige Modifikation am Fenster ganze 1½ (in Worten: anderthalb) Monate brauchen. Anderthalb Monate lang keine Heizung und kein Warmwasser da ohne dieses "Luftzugelement" die verhängte Gassperre durch den Rauchfangkehrer nicht aufgehoben wird. Alles andere als lustig.
Unsuitable as a property manager. Probably for reasons of cost / profit, work together with the most unprofessional companies who need a full 1½ (in words: one and a half) months for a small 15-minute modification to the window. For a month and a half there was no heating and no hot water, since without this "draft element" the gas lock would not be lifted by the chimney sweeper. Anything but funny.

Der freundliche Mitarbeiter hat sich umgehend um alles gekümmert. Rasch war jemand für das Problem da und auch die Schadensabwicklung war ruck zuck erledigt. Danke nochmal!
I really have to thank you for the quick processing of my request. Reported a burst pipe to me and the 24-hour emergency number. The friendly staff took care of everything immediately. Someone was there for the problem quickly and the claims settlement was also dealt with in no time at all. Thanks again!
