Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Abendkleid für eine Abiturfeier und stieß im Urlaub eher zufällig auf diesen Laden. Die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz der Mitarbeiterin lud regelrecht zum Kauf ein. Ich fühle mich rundum betreut und kaufe auch hier gerne wieder. Einige Läden in Deutschland sollten sich hier ein Beispiel nehmen, was das Thema Kundenfreundlichkeit und Service angeht. I am very enthusiastic about the large selection and great advice. I was looking for an evening gown for a high school graduation party and came across this shop by accident on vacation. The friendliness and competence of the employee literally invited to buy. I feel well looked after and like to buy again here. Some stores in Germany should take an example here in terms of customer friendliness and service.

Sind nach 30 Min. wieder gegangen, da trotz zuvor angekündigter neuer Kollektion, kein einziges Kleid in meinem gewünschten Schnitt vorhanden war. Auswahl an Brautkleidern auch überschaubar... Verkäuferin war bemüht, aber ich kann mir leider kein Kleid einfach nur vorstellen und dann bestellen ohne es anprobiert zu haben. For me, unfortunately, was the absolutely wrong business to find my wedding dress. After 30 minutes gone again, because despite previously announced new collection, not a single dress was available in my desired cut. Selection of bridal dresses also manageable ... saleswoman tried hard, but unfortunately I can not imagine a dress just and then order without having tried on it.

Sie hat sich von Anfang an darum bemüht mein perfektes Kleid zu finden! :))) Sobald der nächste Anlass stattfindet, komm ich auf jeden Fall wieder! I was at the branch in Innsbruck about 2 weeks ago and was absolutely thrilled! The clothes were all beautiful and the saleswoman suuuuuper lovely! From the beginning she tried to find my perfect dress! :))) As soon as the next event takes place, I'll definitely come back!
