Best Hotel in austria

A	Athar Khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like usual ibis. Providing all basic facilities at a reasonable price. Location opp. Train station in particularly perfect if you arrive by train. Restaurant accessible from the lobby is all day open. Overall decent experience but if one is ok with choosing another location away from center, might get better room facilities for the same price.
A	Alex Denzin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well we’ve got the „family room“. It urgently needs a refurbishment. The curtains have lots of holes and the bathroom is below Ibis budget. The receptionist was very friendly and the location is good. Maybe the normal rooms are good but I wouldn’t book a family room intentionally. Also there was aircon.
A	Andreas Nagl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was quite OK, typically for Ibis, it had everything you need, right next to the train station (and with a nice garage too). Wifi was fast, but the “COVID-19 breakfast” (September 2020) was a joke (completely minimalistic and little resemblance with a regular breakfast buffet). Other hotels I visited, solved the hygienic aspects much better without cutting back so much from the offer. This said, I will consider the hotel again for future stays in Graz.
P	Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay was good and the staff were great. There was a noise a bit like a washing machine - it wasn’t loud but it was noticeable. The booking process via the App was a nightmare and I have contacted Accor ALL about it.

Rooms are basic, but clean, service is attentive and friendly, breakfast will not leave you hungry - and you can follow the day start below while having your coffee. No noise despite being near to the central train station. About 5 km to center, so you will probably need a taxi if you plan to visit the old town (where most plaves are) - if you don't, you have a pizzeria directöy below, and the convenience stores and McDonalds in the central train station.

A	Anastasiia Prokopchuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I didn’t check the reviews before to make reservation. Everything is dirty and old. At the reception the girl pushed me to fill in 3 blanks(even its part of her job). Better pay attention on the pics. It’s smelling inside.

The room is big enough for 1-2 persons, and even though the bathroom is small, I didn't find it too small. But a very big problem was that the room was not clean, especially in the places that really matter. There were hairs on the bed, on the bathroom floor and in the shower.
