Zur Frau Doktor: Sie nimmt sich Zeit und bespricht alles und erklärt es super damit man es auch versteht. Ich kann sie nur weiter empfehlen. I was there for the first time to register. Super friendly and nice staff. To the doctor: She takes her time and discusses everything and explains it super so you understand it. I can recommend it only.
C	Christina Neumayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ärztin hat sich keine Zeit genommen und meiner Mum quasi vorgeworfen, dass es jetzt halt schwierig ist, wenn ihr von den starken Schmerzmitteln übel wird - Dronabinol als Alternative versuchen zu beantragen, war ihr nicht einmal einen Versuch wert! Sie hat ihr ein Rezept gegen Depressionen überreicht, obwohl sie zu ihr kam aufgrund neuropathischer Schmerzen in den Beinen - damit war es für sie erledigt. Wir haben uns so geärgert!! Sie wird uns nie wieder in ihrer Praxis sehen! The doctor has not taken the time and almost accused my mum that it is now difficult, if you are sick of the strong painkillers - try dronabinol as an alternative to apply, was not even worth a try! She gave her a prescription for depression, although she came to her because of neuropathic pain in her legs - that was it for her. We were so annoyed !! She will never see us again in her practice!

Doktor Cronenberg ist sehr freundlich , hört einem zu und geht auf einen ein. Sehr zum empfehlen! Today I was the first time as a migraine patient with Dr. med. Cronenberg. The ladies at the registration are very friendly and endeavored. Ms. Doctor Cronenberg is also very friendly, listens to you and talks about you. Highly recommended!

Die Dame bei der Rezeption war auch sehr freundlich und nett. I was with her for the first time today and she was really very friendly, asked me a lot of questions and really tried very hard during the examination. The lady at the front desk was also very friendly and nice.

Sie nimmt sich immer viel Zeit und ich fühle mich ausgezeichnet betreut und sie hat mir immer sehr geholfen. Auch das Team der Ordination ist sehr freundlich. Als ich sie gebeten hatte, ob ich für meine HWS eine Überweisung für eine Physio haben könnte (was sie mir vor 2 Jahren schon mal gegeben hat, da sie ja auch die Röntgenbilder hat) meinte sie: Machen sie mehr Sport dann tut ihnen auch nix mehr weh! (und das in einem sehr schroffen Ton!) Und ich bekam auch keine, musste sie mir dann beim Hausarzt holen. Ich bin schon lange bei ihr Patientin, Ich geh nur hin weil der Standort für mich bequem ist, aber bestimmt nicht wegen ihr. Die Damen im Vorzimmer sind sehr kompetent und nett! When I asked her if I could have a referral for a physio for my cervical spine (which she gave me two years ago, since she also has the X-rays), she said: Do more exercise and you won't do anything hurt more! (and in a very harsh tone!) And I didn't get any, so I had to get it from my family doctor. I've been with her patient for a long time, I only go because the location is comfortable for me, but definitely not because of it. The ladies in the anteroom are very competent and nice!

Besuch, als ich von einem Krankenhausaufenthalt zu ihr kam, obwohl der Termin schon vor 3 Monaten ausgemacht wurde, fragte sie mich: Was machen sie eigentlich da, sie waren ja gerade im Krankenhaus. Diesen Termin brauchte ich für eine ganz andere Diagnose. In diesem Moment war sie sehr unfreundlich und genervt. Muss mir leider einen anderen Neurologen suchen. Wahrscheinlich wirds diesmal ein Wahlarzt. Was enthusiastic at the beginning, but on my third visit, when I came to her from a hospital stay, although the appointment had already been made 3 months ago, she asked me: What are you doing there, you were just in the hospital. I needed this appointment for a completely different diagnosis. At that moment she was very rude and annoyed. Unfortunately I have to look for another neurologist. This time it will probably be a doctor of choice.
S	SIR UWE VON GRAZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Doktor "Andrea Cronenberg" ist in ihrem Job äußerst kompetent und trotz der sehr gut besuchten, wunderschönen Praxis, (direkt am Hauptbahnhof Graz über der Hoferfiliale) ohne sich ein gekünsteltes Dauerlächeln aufzusetzen, immer super freundlich und merklich auf die individuellen Wünsche und Bedürfnisse einer/s jeden einzelnen Besuchers eingehend, für dieselben da ! Da schon der Empfang von den Assistentinnen in der Praxis, dankenswerter Weise, wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit ist, möchte ich den Besuch, bei Bedarf einer spitzen Neuroligin, "nur" herzlichst Empfehlen ! Danke sehr Frau Doktor Andrea Cronenberg ! doctor "Andrea Cronenberg" is extremely competent in her job and despite the very well attended, beautiful practice, (directly at Graz main station via the Hofer branch) without putting on a fake permanent smile, always super friendly and noticeably responsive to the individual wishes and needs of every single visitor, there for them! Since the reception from the assistants in the practice is, thankfully, really friendly and helpful, I would "only" warmly recommend the visit, if a sharp neuroligin is needed!
