Mir wurde nicht mein volles Gehalt ausgezahlt, was mir nach dem Arbeitsrecht zugestanden wäre (Wartezeiten, Überstunden, Geld für Verpflegung usw.). Wenn ihr z.B. in Salzburg beim Stadion arbeitet werden die 25 € Verpflegungsgeld nicht durch ein belegtes Brötchen ungültig. Lasst euch nicht verarschen. Bin mit meinen Unterlagen zur Arbeiterkammer, das hat was gebracht. Lasst euch auch von Nina Zalaudek keinen Teilzeitvertrag andrehen, wenn ihr nur geringfügig arbeiten wollt. In diesem "tollen" Teilzeitvertrag war nämlich die Bezahlung pro Stunde geringer. Als ich Nina darauf anschrieb, meinte sie wegen den Steuern und dass ich am Ende die Differenz raus bekomme vom Finanzamt, war aber nicht so. Sie hat mich angelogen. Auch ist Manpower egal, wie ihr nach den Diensten (Überstunden in Salzburg, Ankunft in Graz nach Mitternacht) heim kommt. Wenn ihr Pech habt, fahren keine Öffis mehr und der Fahrer möchte euch auch nicht mehr kurz Heim fahren. Dann viel Spaß, wenn schonmal euer hart erarbeitete Geld in eine Taxifahrt investieren müsst oder mehrere Kilometer in der Nacht nach einem harten Arbeitstag nach Hause laufen müsst. Klärt mit Manpower am Besten alles schriftlich Schwarz auf Weiß, auch wenn Nina das (wohl aus gutem Grund) nicht mag.
I was not paid my full salary, which I would have been entitled to under labor law (waiting times, overtime, money for meals, etc.). For example, if you work at the stadium in Salzburg, the € 25 meal allowance is not invalidated by a sandwich. Don't be fooled. I went to the Chamber of Labor with my documents, that brought something. Don't let Nina Zalaudek offer you a part-time contract if you only want to work marginally. In this "great" part-time contract, the hourly pay was lower. When I wrote to Nina, she said about the taxes and that I would get the difference from the tax office in the end, but it wasn't like that. She lied to me. Manpower doesn't care how you get home after work (overtime in Salzburg, arrival in Graz after midnight). If you are unlucky, there are no more public transports and the driver doesn't want to take you home for a short while. Have fun when you have to invest your hard-earned money in a taxi ride or walk several kilometers home after a hard day at work. The best thing to do with Manpower is to clarify everything in black and white, even if Nina doesn't like it (probably for good reason).

They did not have patience with me to explain the process and what means the contract with them. It was the first time for me to deal with this kind of contract and the lady by reception was very unfriendly and has done nothing to make me feel comfortable. After that a lady has explained me how the things works and we talked about it... I was just a person who didn't know anything about it and the attitude of the employees was really unfriendly. Just because i didn't know how works an contract with some kind of company it doesn't mean i don't deserve respect and help to find a job. Although i have understood what's all about and i gave an normal job interview... at the end they never sent me jobs offers... just an e-mail that there are no jobs open for my profile and they will contact me when something will be appropriate for my CV but nobody has sent me some emails anymore. Because of this behaviour i have never accepted jobs offer from an "Leihfirma". After some time i have meet people who are working successfully with one or another "Leihfirma" together and i realised that they have judged me for my lack of information and catalogued as "not knowing" person. I wish the company a lot of success and also a lot more of investment in employee management.
