Die Qualität ist sehr gut und solide. Die Produkte sind zu empfehlen. Zwischenzeitliche Probleme in der Anschaffungsphase konnten durch Herrn Ennemoser umsichtig gelöst werden. We have now installed the external blinds since about 1a and they work very well and reliably, even with strong hair dryer. The quality is very good and solid. The products are recommended. Interim problems in the acquisition phase could be solved with care by Mr. Ennemoser.

Schade um die Zeit und Geld was bis jetzt geflossen ist. Hat kein Interesse Geld zu verdienen. Also wenns geht Abstand halten The company does not find it necessary to call back. Der im Angebot veranschlagte Montagetermin wurde nicht eingehalten und die zeitliche Verzögerung immer nur auf Nachfrage kommuniziert. Weil sich das ganze derart in die Länge gezogen hat, habe ich den Auftrag storniert. The company is unreliable. The scheduled installation date was not respected and the time delay was always communicated on demand. Because the whole thing was so protracted, I canceled the order.

Habe 2 Wochen darauf gewartet.Die Anschaffung von drei Fensterrollladen ist vermutlich ein zu kleiner Auftrag. Company has too much work and therefore it not necessary to answer written inquiries or call back. I waited 2 weeks for it, the purchase of three window shutters is probably too small an order.

Sie fanden es auch nicht wichtig uns bescheid zu geben, dass die Ware erst 3 Wochen später bestellt wurde. Uns wurde nur gesagt dass der Liefertermin wie besprochen fixiert ist. Jetzt natürlich müssen wir alles verschieben und hoffen dass die Firma für unsere Fassade noch irgendwie Zeit findet und uns unsere Fassade noch machen kann. ?? Not recommendable!
