Telefonisch kaum erreichbar, die Mitarbeiter sind nicht fähig Bescheid zu geben wenn man Post in die Filiale bekommt und eigentlich darauf wartet. Außerdem schafft es niemand die Post direkt nach Hause zu schicken, obwohl man ausdrücklich darum gebeten hat.
Generell schlechtester und kundenunfreundlichster Service den man bei einer Bank erwarten kann.

Hardly reachable by phone, the employees are not able to let you know when you get mail to the branch and are actually waiting for it. In addition, no one is able to send the mail directly to their home, although they have expressly asked for it.
Generally the worst and most customer-unfriendly service you can expect from a bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kundenservice kaum erreichbar, Login-App funktioniert schlecht, Technik ist nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, Berater oft unfreudlich/wirken uninteressiert. Ich rate stark davon ab, diese Bank zu benutzen. Alternativ kann ich die N26 oder die DADAT empfehlen, die HYPO ist jedoch für mich komplett unbrauchbar und sollte gemieden werden.
Customer service hardly available, login app works poorly, technology is not up to date, consultants are often unfriendly / seem uninterested. I strongly advise against using this bank. Alternatively, I can recommend the N26 or the DADAT, but the HYPO is completely unusable for me and should be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann über die Jahre (fast) nur positives über die HYPO NOE WIEN berichten. Alle meine Anliegen wurde möglichst zeitnah und im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten bearbeitet. Die Telebanking App ist sehr gelungen und vor allem übersichtlich und sehr praktisch. Mir fehlt zwar meine Filiale, aber der alternative Standort im 1. Bezirk ist top!
Over the years I can only report (almost) positive things about HYPO NOE WIEN. All of my concerns were dealt with as promptly and within the scope of the possibilities. The telebanking app is very successful and, above all, clear and very practical. I miss my branch, but the alternative location in the 1st district is great!
