★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Service war ok. Muss dazu sagen, war mit meiner Canadian Sphynx dort, wollte Waschen und Ohren putzen. Habe das am Telefon bei der Terminvergabe angegeben. Es hat dann geheißen, wir baden keine Katzen. Habe ich angemerkt, nicht baden, nur mit einem Lappen sauber machen. Die Dame meinte dann, sie haben keine Lappen. ???♀️ Na gut, habe es so hingenommen. Aber Ohren putzen können Sie. Habe dann Termin gemacht. Sagt die ältere Dame nicht echt, als ich daneben stand, „Na schön ist die nicht.“ ????♀️ Also das hat gesessen. ? Sehr sehr unprofessionell das Arbeiten dort - man gibt doch nicht so ein Urteil ab vor den Besitzern? Dieses Tier ist vlt nicht so, wie sie es gewohnt ist aber hat viele Preise und Ausstellungen gewonnen, also mich hat das echt verletzt und ich werde nicht mehr da hin gehen. Leider. Wir suchen uns wen Anderen. Schade.
The service was ok. Have to say, was there with my Canadian Sphynx, wanted to clean the washing and ears. Did that on the phone at the appointment specified. It was then said, we do not bathe cats. Did I notice, do not bathe, just clean with a rag. The lady said then, they have no rags. ???♀️ Alright, I took it that way. But you can clean your ears. I made an appointment. The older lady does not really say, when I stood by, "Well, that's not nice." ????♀️ So that was sitting. ? Very unprofessional working there - you do not give such a judgment from the owners? This animal is not the way it is used to but has won many prizes and exhibitions, so that really hurt me and I will not go there anymore. Unfortunately. We are looking for someone else. Too bad.
