★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die anwesenden Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Allerdings muss ich einen Stern abziehen, weil es gerade mal ein Regal mit Fischzubehör (und Terrariumzubehör) gibt...
Wenn man also etwas für seine Wasserbewohner braucht, sollte man zu der Filliale in Wels fahren.
 The employees present were very nice and helpful.
However, I have to subtract a star because there is only one shelf with fish accessories (and terrarium accessories) ...
So if you need something for your water dwellers, you should go to the branch in Wels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich hat Fressnapf eine große Auswahl, leider war vor den Feiertagen ziemlich leer bzw. viele Produkte nicht mehr verfügbar. Mitarbeiter sind nett und beraten sehr gut. Diesmal war alles super. Geschäft war sauber und gut gefüllt. Mitarbeiter freundlich.
Fressnapf actually has a large selection, but unfortunately it was pretty empty before the holidays and many products were no longer available. Employees are nice and give very good advice. Everything was great this time. Store was clean and well stocked. staff friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe bei der Pedigree Aktion von einem unkompetenden Angestellten eine im Nachhinein erfahrene Aussage bekommen ...und deshalb konnte ich die Aktion nicht mehr nützen.....warte jetzt auf eine neuerliche Aktion jedoch in einem anderen Geschäft ab.....
During the pedigree campaign, I received a statement from an incompetent employee that I found out afterwards...and that's why I couldn't use the campaign anymore.....now waiting for a new campaign, but in another shop.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Sortiment für Hundezubehör wie Leinen, Halsbänder ect. ist unverschämt gering für einen Fachhandel. Werde wieder online kaufen müssen. Sehr schade. Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich.
The range of dog accessories such as leashes, collars ect. is outrageously low for a specialist retailer. Will have to buy online again. Too bad. But the staff is very friendly.
