Ein Unternehmen, bei dem die eigenen Mitarbeiter und Betreiber ihrem Unternehmen fünf Sterne vergeben, ist für mich nicht seriös! Habe mir die Preise angesehen: Pro Tag € 38,- . Selbst wenn dieses Hundehotel gut sein sollte, finde ich die Kosten unglaublich hoch. Habe glücklicherweise eine andere Pension für meinen Hund gefunden. Eine, die sich Normalverdiener leisten können. Nachtrag: KEINE Verwechslung! Denn ihr gehört zusammen. Und u.a. bewertet h i e r das Schnauzerlhotel sich selbst als "erstklassiges sauberes Tierhotel". Auch die Fotos sind vom Tierhotel. Es bleibt bei meiner ersten Bewertung,und dass ihr sehr fragwürdige Selbstbewertungen schreibt. Das Selbe gilt bei den "Herold"-Bewertungen - beinahe alle von den Hotel-Besitzern, manche einige Male von ein und derselben Person geschrieben. Das stinkt einfach. The same goes for the "Herold" reviews - almost all of them by the hotel owners, some written a few times by the same person. That just stinks.

Als wir dann aber Probleme mit dem Anschluss des Elektrozauns hatten, wurden wir zwar um ein Foto gebeten, erhielten jedoch trotz dreimaliger Nachfrage nie wieder eine Antwort. Letztlich hat einfach ein Anschluss-Set im Angebot gefehlt. Schweigen im Walde. Letztlich haben wir Ersatzschnur des Zauns benutzt. Well, we received friendly advice at first. Hauptsache das Geld einstreifen, wenns dann aber Probleme mit dem Produkt gibt, wird man links liegen gelassen - bisher keine Antwort auf meine Reklamation!! Pure rip off! Versand war schon inclusive. Ich habe eine Rechnung und den Bescheid bekommen, als die Ware losgeschickt wurde. Von mir?? I can only say positive things about the company. I had ordered a super dog cushion, which was 10 euros cheaper than in Germany. Shipping was already included. I received an invoice and notification when the goods were dispatched. From me??

Bought 2 hay nets as backups to manger for our 2 pet Soay Sheep twin brothers for when we are on holiday to ease workload from sheep-minder. Hay nets advertised as for Alpaca so thought they would be good, and they are, as our 2 boys have very powerful munching equipment. Ordered Thursday received Wednesday by Bartolini which is great from Austria to Italy. Quality very high, better than what I remember from the Pony Club in Scotland decades ago. 5 Stars +++ to the company, highly recommended to everyone else needing equipment and will always look here first next time. Just wish I could buy a sheep catching tool as our 2 are so paranoid about being caught which is a nightmare when we need to handle them.
