D	Denise Mayr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn Dienstags die Futtertierlieferung kommt sollte es nicht passieren, dass es bereits am Mittwoch keine Heuschrecken, Heimchen etc. mehr gibt. Leider war das nicht das erste mal, dass ich hier vor einem leeren Regal stand. Grundsätzlich wäre das Sortiment ausreichend. Bringt nur leider nichts wenn die Hälfte nur an einem Tag der Wocher verfügbar ist. Wieso es dieses Problem hier, aber nicht an anderen Standorten von Fressnapf gibt ist mir ein Rätsel. Das war jedenfalls mein letzter Besuch in dieser Filiale. When the feed animal delivery arrives on Tuesday, it should not happen that there are no more locusts, crickets, etc. on Wednesday. Ich verstehe dass die Menschen vor Ort froh sind wenn es richtig wochende geht aber als Kunde möchte ich das nicht so stark merken sondern auch 30 Minuten vor Schluss noch freundlich behandelt werden. It was Saturday 30 minutes before the shop closed, unfortunately it was very restless in the shop because the employees were busy with locking rooms together. I understand that the people on site are happy when things go right on the weekend, but as a customer I don't want to notice that so much, I want to be treated in a friendly manner 30 minutes before the end.
