Got a vegan cake from Hip Gold for my birthday today: Resinette. Best cake ever! With walnut and sour cherry, just gorgeous.

Wer echte Qualität gewöhnt ist, der versteht schnell, dass man im Café Dommayer, Aida oder Heiner besser aufgehoben ist. In my opinion, the epitome of overvaluation. Everything is disproportionately expensive - the quality doesn't even come close to the prices. Those who are used to real quality quickly understand that they are better off in Café Dommayer, Aida or Heiner.

Auch die beiden Chefs/Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich wohl. Werde immer wieder mal vorbeikommen Very small and fine pastry shop. Abgesehen davon ist die Qualität der Mehlspeisen durchaus gut und im konkurrenzlosen Hietzing unangefochten, nur empfinde ich die Stimmung in der Konditorei als unangenehm und ich fühle mich nicht willkommen. Davon darf sich jedoch jeder selbst überzeugen und seine eigenen Erfahrungen machen. A few reviews have been proven to have been written by the company's own employees (you just have to ask Google), which I find morally unjustifiable. Apart from that, the quality of the pastries is quite good and unchallenged in the unrivaled Hietzing, only I find the atmosphere in the pastry shop uncomfortable and I don't feel welcome. Dann steht man wortwörtlich vor verschlossenen Türen und niemand erbarmt sich auch nur einen Augenblick früher zu öffnen (Begründung: so viele Vorbereitungen stehen noch an. Diese Begründung überzeugt nicht! Auch um 10:00 waren die Vorbereitungen noch im Gange; ob diese um 9:53 oder um 10:00 zur Bedienung eines Kunden unterbrochen werden macht für die Konditorei keinen Unterschied. Die Reduktion wurde uns auch bestätigt, jedoch wurde uns beim Bezahlen mitgeteilt, dass sich der Konditor/die Konditorin in der Größe "geirrt" hat und wir nun den Preis für den größeren Kuchen zahlen müssen. Dies ist sehr ärgerlich. Der Kuchen war optisch sehr hübsch, geschmacklich okay, leider passte der Preis gar nicht. Positiv zu vermerken gilt es, dass das Hüftgold Team sich nun umgehend bei mir gemeldet hat. We commissioned a number cake. First for 20 people and after that we had to reduce the number of pieces of cake. The reduction was also confirmed to us, but when we paid we were told that the pastry chef was "wrong" about the size and that we now have to pay the price for the larger cake. This is very annoying. The cake was visually very pretty, tasted okay, unfortunately the price didn't fit at all. On a positive note, the hip gold team got in touch with me immediately.

Geschmacklich war alles herausragend gut! Zusammenfassend: SEHR ZU EMPFEHLEN! Totally nice pastry shop! The selection is large and everything tastes delicious! The staff are very friendly and hard-working! In terms of taste, everything was extremely good! In summary: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
