★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war früher Stammkunde, komme aber mittlerweile kaum mehr in die Gegend.
Bei unserem letzten Besuch war ich ein wenig enttäuscht, das Personal wirkte völlig überfordert und desinteressiert-man fühlte sich nicht wirklich willkommen.
Leider sind die Preise über die Jahre deutlich angestiegen, die Qualität aber leider gesunken.
Vor Jahren hätte ich noch 5 Sterne vergeben, mittlerweile ist mir die Lokalität nicht mehr als 3 Sterne wert.
 I used to be a regular customer, but now I rarely come to the area.
On our last visit I was a little disappointed, the staff seemed completely overwhelmed and disinterested - you didn't really feel welcome.
Unfortunately the prices have increased significantly over the years, but the quality has unfortunately decreased.
Years ago I would have given it 5 stars, now the location is no more than 3 stars to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ist noch im Umbau aber das was schon fertig ist ist sehr schön geworden!!! Wenn es fertig ist zur Gänze dann hat es zwar nichts mehr von einem Kaffeehaus aber erwas neues ist auch gut!!!
Is still under renovation but what is already finished has turned out very nice! When it is completely finished then it has nothing more of a coffee house but something new is also good!

The best cream slices in Vienna in my opinion! I always take everything to go for home, so I can't judge the restaurant itself!
