Daher habe ich meine Bewertung bearbeitet und werde dieser Filiale noch eine Chance geben. I had complained about an employee and received a nice apology email. D	Daniela Wohlmuth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe einige Artikel eingekauft dabei war auch ein dreieckiges Kuchenstück mit Krokant oben darauf, habe es schon einmal gekauft und dieses mal gebeten bitte ordentlich einzupacken damit nicht wieder alles aus dem Papier rausrinnt. Zuhause angekommen war es noch schlimmer als letztes mal, dieses mal auch die anderen Sackerl mit den Artikeln voll von der Sosse, alles innen war klebrig. Dann hat eine Verkäuferin zur anderen gesagt mach du weiter ich mag nicht mehr heute und es war 11.25 an einem Samstag auch die andere Verkäuferin war nicht begeistert und sagte ich will auch nicht mehr und hörten bei meiner Bestellung überhaupt nicht gut zu musste mich 5 mal wiederholen gehe nie wieder in eine Filiale mehr von Bäckerei Schwarz. War auch schon in anderen Filialen. Nein danke sehr enttäuscht. Has already been to other branches. No thanks very disappointed.

Leider habe ich die Semmel nicht angeschaut, bevor sie eingepackt wurde und leider habe ich auch nicht daran gedacht, eine Handsemmel zu verlangen (die Verkäuferin hätte mich vielleicht fragen können, welche Semmel ich will). Die Enttäuschung beim Auspacken war groß - das Gebäck war zu dunkel, die Kruste weitgehend brüchig bzw. abgesplittert, die Konsistenz zäh. Eine so schlechte, möglicherweise mehrfach aufgebackene Semmel ist mir noch nie untergekommen. Auf meine Beschwerde per E-Mail bekam ich binnen einer Woche keine Antwort, auch ein friendly Reminder blieb unbeantwortet. A week ago I bought a roll, among other things. Unfortunately I didn't look at the roll before it was packed and unfortunately I didn't even think of asking for a hand roll (the saleswoman might have asked me which roll I want). The disappointment when unpacking was great - the pastries were too dark, the crust largely brittle or chipped off, the consistency tough. I have never come across such a bad bread roll that may have been baked several times. I didn't get an answer to my e-mail complaint within a week, and a friendly reminder also went unanswered.

A	Ajirdna Citim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One day i was there, the employers a old austrian woman and a young guy, very unkind, after i told her that there is a bee in the food she only replied annoyed "Joooooooo", and after paying and leaving and wishing a good day i not even got an answer. The other day a team of young girls worked there, after i showed them what i want they told me with a fake smile "thats reserved" and after i told them why its still in the shack then they put it away and said "that was our fault" some things u see only in vienna.
