As always, the advice was excellent! Friendly appearance of the saleswoman and pleasant atmosphere in the shop! I made a good buy! Keep it up!!!

Umtausch nicht möglich, da es nicht in den 4 Wochen passiert ist, natürlich hatte ich ihn getragen (dürfte ich aber nicht). In Ordnung - der Erste landet im Müll. 2 BH. leider wurde ich falsch beraten und ich hab ihn mir etwas zu groß gekauft, ob wohl die verkauferin meinte, das dieser die richtige Größe für mich hat. Ich will wieder umtauschen, Rechnung ist da, es ist in den 4 Wochen und wirklich getragen habe ich ihn nicht. Umtausch nicht möglich da ich die Zettel und Pickerl entfernt habe. Kein entgegen kommen. Nichts. Diser BH wird eine Spende. Bin sehr enttäuscht von dem Service und leider leidet darunter das Produkt. Terrible service! I thought to myself, invest in a good quality bra - I thought wrong. The first bra broke after about 5 weeks. Exchange not possible, because it didn't happen in the 4 weeks, of course I had worn it (but I shouldn't). All right - the first one ends up in the trash. 2 bra. Unfortunately, I was advised wrongly and I bought it a little too big, although the seller said it was the right size for me. I want to exchange it again, the invoice is there, it's in the 4 weeks and I haven't really worn it. Exchange not possible because I removed the slip of paper and stickers. No coming towards you. Nothing. This bra will be a donation. I am very disappointed with the service and unfortunately the product suffers.
