M	Mariella 254 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Äußerst unfreundliche Verkäuferin! War bisher immer gern bei Hunkemöller, werde aber das nächste Mal die Filiale in der Plus City meiden. Ich war heute mit einer Freundin dort und uns wurde bereits am Anfang klar gemacht, dass wir eigentlich keine Ahnung von BHs haben. Als meine Freundin die Frage ob sie sich eh auskennt bejahte, meinte die Verkäuferin: “Das glaube ich nicht, dass du dich auskennst” Sie wollte uns dann unbedingt zu unserer BH-Größe beraten und fing sofort und ohne etwas zu sagen damit an, unsere Brüste zu begrapschen. Ebenso machte sie mir von Anfang an deutlich, dass sie hier nichts für mich haben, obwohl ich bisher immer fündig wurde. Meiner Freundin erklärte sie sofort, dass ihr dieses Modell sowieso nicht stehen wird und zeigte ihr BHs, die ihr gar nicht gefielen und meinte dabei, dass BHs eh nicht gefallen, sondern passen müssen. Die Lehrlinge bzw. anderen Verkäuferinnen im Geschäft waren sehr bemüht, wurden aber auch bei der Beratung dauerhaft von dieser unfreundlichen Kollegin unterbrochen. Während meine Freundin in der Kabine war, hörte die Verkäuferin nicht auf von ihren tollen Brüsten zu reden, während sie mir noch kurz vorher durch die Blume gesagt hat, dass meine zu klein sind. Dies finde ich auch mehr als unangebracht. Ich finde es echt schade, dass so eine Verkäuferin die guten Erfahrungen, die man bisher gesammelt hat, einfach zunichte macht. Extremely unfriendly saleswoman! Always liked Hunkemöller's, but next time I will avoid the branch in Plus City. I was there with a friend today and it was made clear to us at the beginning that we actually have no idea about bras. When my friend answered yes to the question whether she already knew her way around, the saleswoman said: “I don't think you know your way around” Then she really wanted to advise us on our bra size and immediately and without saying anything began to grope our breasts. She also made it clear to me from the start that they had nothing for me here, although I always found what I was looking for. She immediately explained to my friend that this model wouldn’t suit her anyway and showed her bras that she didn’t like at all, saying that bras don’t like, but have to fit. The apprentices and other saleswomen in the shop tried very hard, but were also permanently interrupted by this unfriendly colleague during the consultation. While my friend was in the booth, the saleswoman didn't stop talking about her great breasts, while shortly beforehand she told me through the flower that mine were too small. I also find this more than inappropriate. I think it's a shame that such a saleswoman simply destroys the good experiences that have been made so far.
I	Idaa Daa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich kann nur positives über die Filiale berichten … ich wurde super beraten und die nette Verkäuferin (Vanessa) hat sich wirklich sehr sehr mühe gegeben.. ist auch sehr auf meine wünsche eingegangen und hat mir aufmerksam zugehört .. ich komme gerne wieder in diese Filiale .. ??? So I can only say positive things about the branch... I was given great advice and the nice saleswoman (Vanessa) really tried very hard.. she also responded to my wishes and listened to me carefully.. I'd love to come back to this one Branch .. ???

Aber diese Verkäuferin mit den ROTEN HAAREN UND BRILLE UND FAKELASHES ist eine Katastrophe, unfreundlicher gehts garnicht mehr, wenn ich nicht so dringend dessous benötigt hätte, hätt ich garnix gekauft! Diese frau ist eine Frechheit oida! Ich wollte von weiter oben einen bh, musst deswegen auf das stockerl und anstatt dass sie mir hilft oder mich beratet motzt sie mich an dass ich das nicht darf... Na wieso stehts denn da? Später noch mal frech zu uns gesagt wir sollen bei der umkleide drunter schauen ob jemand drinnen ist (was wir ja logischerweise gemacht haben), heast wie die frau mit Kunden redet geht einfach garnicht. BITTEEEEE KÜNDIGEN The store used to be really awesome! But this saleswoman with the RED HAIR AND GLASSES AND FAKELASHES is a disaster, it couldn't be more unfriendly, if I hadn't needed lingerie so urgently, I wouldn't have bought anything! This woman is a cheek oida! I wanted a bra from further up, so I have to get on the stick and instead of her helping me or advising me, she pisses me off that I am not allowed to ... Well, why is it there? Later we said cheekily again that we should look under the locker room to see if someone is inside (which we logically did), heast the way the woman talks to customers just doesn't work. PLEASE CANCEL

Als ich bei der Rechnungsprüfung draufkam, hat sie sich entschuldigt und gemeint, sie kann mir nach Nachfrage bei ihrer Vorgesetzten nur eine Gutschrift ausstellen und nicht das Geld zurück geben. Fehler können passieren, dass wäre kein Problem, aber dann kein Geld zurück geben, sondern nur eine Gutschrift, obwohl man nichts anderes mehr will, finde ich absolut kein Geschäftsgebaren. Einmal und nie wieder. Saleswoman typed in 2 pants instead of one. When I found out during the audit, she apologized and said that if she asked her manager, she could only issue me a credit and not give me the money back. Mistakes can happen, that wouldn't be a problem, but then no money back, just a credit, although you don't want anything else, I find absolutely no business conduct. Once and never again.
D	D. M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desinteressierte und arrogant wirkende Verkäuferinnen sollte man nicht auf KundINNEN loslassen. Nachdem ich geduldig gewartet hatte bis die eine Verkäuferin eine gefühlte Ewigkeit mit der Kassa beschäftigt war und die zweite (rote Haare) desinteressiert daneben gestanden ist und mit ihren Zigaretten schon Richtung Pause unterwegs war und sich auch nicht um mich gekümmert hatte bin ich dann gegenüber zu Change Lingerie gegangen und habe dort mein Geld (und zwar einiges) gelassen. Dort wurde ich sehr freundlich und kompetent behandelt - würde dort die Mitarbeiterin anwerben - ganz ehrlich. Eure Filiale in der Pluscity empfehle ich jedenfalls nicht weiter! Disinterested and arrogant-looking saleswomen should not be let loose on CUSTOMERS. After I had waited patiently until one saleswoman was busy with the cash register for what felt like an eternity and the second (red hair) stood by disinterested and was already on her way towards the break with her cigarettes and hadn't bothered with me either, I then closed opposite Change Lingerie and left my money (and quite a bit) there. I was treated very friendly and competently there - would recruit the employee there - to be honest. In any case, I would not recommend your branch in Pluscity!

Wurde super beraten, war auch sehr motiviert, kennt sich perfekt aus, weiß alle Neuheiten und versteht was von Unterwäsche ? Was shopping in the branch recently and was served by a nice saleswoman (red hair). Was given great advice, was also very motivated, knows his way around perfectly, knows all the new products and understands something about underwear ?

Man merkt sie macht ihre Arbeit mit Leidenschaft und Freude. Werden Vanessa sicher bald wieder besuchen und bei ihr einkaufen.
