Very satisfied. We had a drilled water pipe. The fitters were here within an hour and quickly fixed the problem. Always my pleasure!

Die mussten den verstopften Waschbecken reparieren, das war eine Arbeit von 2 Minuten!!!! 2 MINUTEN waren die fertig und die schreiben am zettel das due 2 Stunden gebraucht haben !!!! RECHNUNG 360 Euro!!! Für nichts ! Die waren um 13:50 bei mir zuhause sind um 13:52 gegangen!! Im Brief steht die waren um 15:30 da bis 16:40 !!!!!!! Betrüger CHEATER !!!!! They had to fix the clogged sink, that was a work of 2 minutes !!!! 2 MINUTES were ready and the writing on the note that needed 2 hours !!!! INVOICE 360 euros !!! For nothing ! They were at my home at 13:50 at 13:52 !! In the letter the goods are at 15:30 until 16:40 !!!!!!! deceiver
R	Ronald Adler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teuer! Für den simplen Tausch einer Waschbeckenarmatur wurden uns EUR 387,-- verrechnet. Ins Gewicht gefallen sind dabei vor allem die Fahrtkosten in Höhe von EUR 159,--(!). Diese betrugen nämlich das Doppelte vom Normaltarif, weil bei der Anfahrt vom 6 km (=rd. 15 Minuten Fahrzeit) entfernten Betrieb, die Bezirksgrenze vom 10. in den 23. Bezirk überschritten wurde. Dass in diesem Fall ein Zuschlag von 100% verrechnet wird, wurde uns bei der telefonischen Beauftragung nicht mitgeteilt. Bei der anschließenden Reklamation wurde ich darauf hingewiesen, dass die Preisliste im Geschäft "aushängt"(!) und es schließlich nicht im Aufgabenbereich des Telefonpersonals liege den Kunden über die Preise und Kosten zu informieren. Schade, die Leistung war nämlich in Ordnung, aber (bei Beauftragung nicht offengelegte) Fahrtkosten in Höhe von EUR 159,60 ist ein No-Go.... Expensive! For the simple exchange of a sink fitting EUR 387, - were charged. In particular, the travel costs in the amount of EUR 159, - (!) Fell. These amounted to twice the normal fare, because when driving from the 6 km (= about 15 minutes driving time) remote operation, the district boundary from the 10th to the 23rd district was exceeded. The fact that in this case a surcharge of 100% is charged, was not communicated to us during the telephone order. In the subsequent complaint, I was advised that the price list in the shop "hung" (!) Too bad, the performance was ok, but (not disclosed on commission) travel costs of EUR 159.60 is a no-go ....

This company was recommended by professionals and their work was good, however they charged a ridiculous amount for a minuscule job. 1 hours worth of work stretched over 3 hours with frequent breaks. Cigarette butts left behind within the apartment and on the logia. Only call them if others won’t answer...
