Aber wenn man dann mal einen Techniker braucht weil ein Fehler am Fahrzeug besteht und die entsprechenden Lampen aufleuchten bekommt man keine Hilfe und auch ein versprochener Rüchruf "am gleichen Tag" erfolgt nicht. Und das war leider nicht das erste Mal! Unfortunately, the service does not work at all once again. I have been a regular customer for many years and have bought many company vehicles. But if you need a technician because there is a fault on the vehicle and the corresponding lamps light up, you will not get any help and the promised callback "on the same day" will not be made. And unfortunately that wasn't the first time!
