Nachdem mir eine Tasche welche ich erst 2x getragen habe, wegen eines Qualitätsfehlers runterfiel, da der Verschluss des Riemens kaputt war wollte ich sie umtauschen. Die Rechnung hatte ich auch mit. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr unfreundlich und ich sollte bis zu 8 Wochen warten bis die Tasche aus der Reparatur kommt. Das war mir zu lange und ich sollte mich halt im Store umsehen, ob ich eine andere Tasche finde. Sie unterstellte mir, dass ich schon unfreundlich in den Store kam und begann in Folge mich vor allen Kunden lautstark anzuschreien! Danach hat sie sich bei den anderen Verkäuferinnen lautstark über mich beschwert! So ein unverschämtes Verhalten ist ein vollkommenes no go! Dank einer netten Kollegin bekam ich eine Gutschrift für den nächsten Einkauf, wo ich hoffe, dass die Dame dann nicht mehr dort arbeitet oder in Pension ist. Unmöglich dieses Verhalten! Wonderful bags at great prices, but unfortunately, in addition to some younger and very friendly employees, there is also an older, poor German-speaking employee who is incredibly untalented in customer service. After a bag that I had only worn twice fell off due to a quality defect, because the strap fastener was broken, I wanted to exchange it. I also had the bill with me. The employee was very unfriendly and I should wait up to 8 weeks for the bag to come out of repair. That was too long for me and I should just look around the store to see if I can find another bag. She assumed that I was already coming into the store in an unfriendly manner and consequently began to scream loudly at me in front of all the customers! Then she complained loudly about me to the other saleswomen! Such outrageous behavior is a complete no go! Thanks to a nice colleague, I got a credit for the next purchase, where I hope that the lady no longer works there or retires. Impossible this behavior!
