Es war eine angenehme Atmosphäre und wir haben zu keiner Zeit irgendwie einen Druck verspürt daß man uns jetzt unbedingt etwas verkaufen will. Wirklich super? We were given great advice, they took us 3.5 hours and really every detail was discussed. It was a pleasant atmosphere and at no time did we feel any pressure to sell us something. Really great?

Angefangen von der Beratung (ohne jeglichen Druck oder sonstiger Kaufabschlussdrängelei) über die Planung unserer Extrawünsche bis zur Realisierung hat alles, aber wirklich alles geklappt. Kleinere Reklamationen wurden ohne jedwede Diskussion sofort bzw. schnellstmöglich behoben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Termintreue, es gab keine relevante Verschiebung. Auch bei den technischen Besprechungen mit den Partnerfirmen (Elektro, Sanitär, usw.) wurde sich viel Zeit genommen, die Beratung war 1A - es wurden keine unnötigen Sachen aufgeschwatzt. Sollte jemand einen Hausbau ins Auge fassen - dann bitte unbedingt bei Marles vorbeischauen...man fühlt sich sogar im Musterhaus daheim. We have been living in our Marles house for the 13th year now. Starting with the consultation (without any pressure or other pressure to complete the purchase), through the planning of our extra wishes, to the implementation, everything, but really everything, worked out. Smaller complaints were resolved immediately or as quickly as possible without any discussion. Particularly noteworthy is the adherence to deadlines, there was no relevant postponement. A lot of time was also taken in the technical meetings with the partner companies (electronics, plumbing, etc.), the advice was excellent - no unnecessary things were talked about. If someone is considering building a house - then please visit Marles ... you even feel at home in the model house.

Auf unsere Wünsche wie Wände versetzen, Fenster in zwei Farben ( innen weiß, außen Anthrazit), anbau einer Einliegerwohnung von 50 qm usw. wurde eingegangen und mit der langjährigen Erfahrung unseres Berater zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit umgesetzt. Arbeiter vor Ort waren sehr kompetent und haben auf etwaige Änderungen ( gab nicht viel, manches sieht in der Realität doch etwas anders aus) sofort reagiert und auch umgesetzt. Ein befreundeter Baumeister „zog den Hut“ und sagte wörtlich: „Mit dera Bude bist auba super g‘foan, i was von wos i red!“ Unser Haus ist termingerecht fertig geworden und wir konnten den eng bemessenen Umzug ohne Stress durchführen. Abschließend möchte ich noch erwähnen das ich jedem die Firma Marles empfehle, sobald die Sprache auf eine kompetente, preisgünstige und qualitativ hochwertige Fertigteilhausfirma kommt. Our house was finished on schedule and we were able to carry out the tight move without any stress. Finally, I would like to mention that I recommend the Marles company to everyone as soon as the topic of a competent, inexpensive and high-quality prefabricated house company comes up. n	neta m. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ schlechte beratung, schlechte qualität!!! ich würde niemals mehr über die firma bauen wollen. bereue es sehr und hatte auch einen anwalt gebraucht ??kann die firma nicht empfehlen!!! bad advice, bad quality!!! I would never want to build more about the company. I regret it very much and also needed a lawyer ?? can't recommend the company!!!
M	Maja Mrak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musterhaus Besuch war eigentlich ein Fiasko. Verkauf an uns, kein Interesse. Den anderen wurde alles ausführlich erklärt, obwohl sie nach uns kamen. Wir wurden von oben herab angeschaut. Dann geben wir halt wo anders das Geld aus! Man merkt wirklich den Unterschied, - zb Scala, town and country usw einfach top Beratung. Show house visit was actually a fiasco. Selling to us, not interested. Everything was explained to the others in detail even though they came after us. We were looked down on. Then we'll just spend the money somewhere else! You really notice the difference - e.g. Scala, town and country, etc. simply top advice.

So etwas Unprofessionelles nicht erlebt! Datum und Uhrzeit des Besuches: 17.11.2021 um ca. 16:30 Before the consultation could take place, my family and I left the model house.
