ZUMA Restaurant Kitzbühel

Really arrogant staff ,,friendly advice to the kitchen stick to serving schnitzel and apple strudel,,, had better Japanese food at yo sushi.

nice ambient, friendly staff , interesting menu, non alcohlic drinks are limited e.g no non alc beers. kind of surprising on this level. kind of club atmoasphere with door guard and bussy checkin girls.

The Location and the food is a Fantastic Combination ? We try many delicious things (vegetables, Fish, spicy veal) and at least the Sweets ? Hope to visit you soon again!

I came in Kitzbuhel with my friends for the third time this month mostly because of Zuma restaurant and this time we were so disappointed. Concept of a restaurant is cool and the food is different but service was awful. There was no one around to pour the wine into the glasses all evening long even though we asked for it multiple times. The girl who served us was not interested into what she was doing and I saw her looking at her watch at least three times instead of doing the service properly. She wouldn’t ask of the meal was good either if everything is in order on our table as if she couldn’t wait for us to leave. At the end of the night we asked for a bill and taxi, she replied we can get a taxi after we pay, take our jackets and go on the other side of the street to look for it. That was very rude. A good tip for the end, even if the kitchen was the best it doesn’t make a good impression if the service doesn’t do it’s part. We are very sorry for this bad experience because we talk about Zuma when we suggest a restaurant to other people.

To all the people that love spending a small fortune for bad service, average food and arrogant staff behavior. We have had some of the worst experiences here and this not for the first time. Today, we had a reservation for 7pm and at 6.30pm we got a call from a lady called Maria, telling us we missed our reservation for 5pm. After trying to explain that we had spoken yesterday (after ZUMA called me to confirm that they have changed our table from 5pm to 7pm), she just got angry and and told us that this is not true and that this never happened. Funny enough my phone history shows something different. But that is probably the philosophy of this place here in KITZ. I am sure that this would have not happened in any other ZUMA somewhere else in the world! I wonder why? You probably need to know someone, that knows someone else here in Kitzbühel! We tried to explain that we had guests already on the way to the restaurant. But the only thing they said that they could do, is let us wait until 9pm in the corner and hope that another reservation got canceled. Not very professional, considering that this place charges 250€+ per person on a casual night out. It is probably better to close this particular ZUMA to not ruin the reputation of ZUME worldwide.

A wonderful experience, great food and excellent service. I can highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for something unique.

A typical restaurant of chi-chi with arrogant service personal and the device: Have a look of me, I´d wish to be important. The architecture and flair is cool, modern and asthetic, but it´s not taste for kids or families or for having a comfortable dinner. It´s good for singles or couples, who need to show off. Very expensive for little food. Food sure have quality and is well arranged, but no relation between price and substance. But the guests are worse than the restaurant. No manners, no behavior - Much money makes not good people. This I´m learning here again.
