N	Nicole Koschuh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gebucht haben wir ein 4 Sterne Hotel mit Wellnesbereich und Restaurant um 134 €/Person im Doppelzimmer von Freitag bis Sonntag. Die Bilder die wir gesehen haben waren ansprechend und schön. Vorgefunden haben wir ein mehr als in die Jahre gekommenes, abgelebtes, grindiges Hotel. Das Doppelzimmer war sehr sehr klein, sehr sehr muffelig und grindig - ebenso der extrem dunkle Speisesaal in dem wir ein 3Gänge-Menü bekommen hätten - wären wir geblieben. Die Tischtücher waren schmutzig und alles war abgelebt und irgendwie klebrig. Der Pool war sauber. Auf die Frage ob wir auf der Terrasse essen könnten wurde ich vom Personal angeschnauzt - weil gegessen wird drinnen, wenn einer anfangt draußen zu essen, wollen das alle! Ganz klare Empfehlung NICHT dort abzusteigen! We booked a 4 star hotel with a wellness area and restaurant for € 134 / person in a double room from Friday to Sunday. The pictures we saw were appealing and beautiful. We found a worn, gritty hotel that was more than getting on in years. The double room was very, very small, very, very musty and gritty - as was the extremely dark dining room in which we would have had a 3-course menu - we would have stayed. The tablecloths were dirty and everything was worn out and kind of sticky. The pool was clean. When asked if we could eat on the terrace, I was yelled at by the staff - because they eat inside, if someone starts to eat outside, everyone wants that! Very clear recommendation NOT to stay there!

Pokoj byl ucházející, balkon ale už dlouho neuklízený, koupelna zanedbaná ( špinavý fén, topení, dveře), na zdech kabely, na světle pavučiny. .. Pan majitel s naučeným úsměvem, jinak spíš důchodce, který nezvládá, ale snaží se. Večeře byla absolutní katastrofa! Jídlo bylo hrozně nejen naservírované, ale i nedobré. Maso tvrdé, špagety rozvařené a sýrová omáčka nepoživatelná. Zachraňoval to trochu salátový bufet a polévka, sladká tečka byla buchta z mrazáku, 4.dny stejná. V okolí hotelu není vůbec nic, tak se muselo všude autem. Terasa byla plná různých kusů nábytku, stoly mokré bez dekorace a obsluha žádná. Prostě celkový dojem-už nikdy víc a absolutně nechápeme, jak muže mít tento hotel 4.hvězdičky!Jediné pozitivní byla snídaně, čerstvé pečivo a velký výběr jak zeleniny, ovoce, müsli a dobré kafe. To ale celkový dojem nezachránilo… An old neglected hotel full of kitsch, improvisations, cobwebs and musts. The room was suitable, the balcony was not tidy for a long time, the bathroom was neglected (dirty hair dryer, heating, doors), cables on the walls, on the light of a cobweb. .. Mr. owner with a learned smile, otherwise more like a pensioner who can't handle it, but tries. Dinner was an absolute disaster! The food was terribly not only served, but also bad. Hard meat, boiled spaghetti and inedible cheese sauce. It was saved by a little salad buffet and soup, the sweet spot was a bun from the freezer, the same on the 4th day. There is nothing at all around the hotel, so it had to be everywhere by car. The terrace was full of various pieces of furniture, wet tables without decorations and no staff. Just the overall impression - never again and absolutely we do not understand how this 4-star hotel can have! The only positive was the breakfast, fresh pastries and a large selection of vegetables, fruits, muesli and good coffee. But that didn't save the overall impression…

B	Barbara Hovorka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer, das Hotel könnte in manchen Bereichen etwas Renovierung gebrauchen aber im Großen und Ganzen sehr schön! Tolle Aussicht, und kein Lärm von der Straße zu hören gewesen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich lecker gewesen, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Abendessen war meistens kaum gewürzt, aber nach dem Nachsalzen war es gut. Das Abendessen ist defintiv verbesserungswürdig, für den Preis aber noch ok. Die Kellnerin ist eine sehr nette aber direkte Person, der Besitzer sehr bemüht und freundlich. Es war unser erster Urlaub zu viert, mit 2 kleinen Kindern, und es war sehr schön! Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal! We had a very large room, the hotel could use some renovation in some areas but on the whole very nice! Great view and no street noise to be heard. The breakfast buffet was really delicious, something for every taste. Most of the time the dinner was hardly seasoned, but after the salting it was good. The dinner is definitely in need of improvement, but still ok for the price. The waitress is a very nice but direct person, the owner tried very hard and was friendly. It was our first vacation with four of us, with 2 small children, and it was very nice! We look forward to the next time!

Essen: Frühstücksbuffet hat für jeden etwas zu bieten. Abendessen ist verbesserungswürdig. Es musste nachgewürzt werden da es sonst fad schmeckte. Zu beachten beim buchen ist wenn man auf einen aufzug angewiesen ist muss man beachten das dieser nur in den ersten Stock fährt. Price performance match. The hotel could be brought back to top condition with a few minor repairs. Food: The breakfast buffet has something for everyone. Dinner could be improved. It had to be seasoned because otherwise it tasted bland. Please note when booking if you are dependent on an elevator you have to note that it only goes to the first floor.
