Die MitarbeiterInnen sind immer freundlich und ansprechbar und wissen was Gastlichkeit bedeutet. Eine absolute Perle unter den Hotels am Walchsee From A (arrival) to Z (always) everything was perfect as always. A particularly warmly run and optimally organized hotel. The employees are always friendly and approachable and know what hospitality means. An absolute pearl among the hotels at Walchsee

Soviel Herzlichkeit seitens der Mitarbeiter habe ich noch nie in einem Hotel erlebt, alleine dafür vielen Dank! Das Essen ist echt herausragend, es wird auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen und der Ausblick in die Berge ist einfach nur fantastisch. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Thank you for the great vacation! Clean, happy, great food! The hygiene concept fits! I have never seen so much warmth on the part of the staff in a hotel, thank you very much for that alone! The food is really outstanding, special requests are catered for and the view of the mountains is just fantastic. We will definitely be back!
S	Sa Ri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorab, ein gutes Hotel und Restaurant! Ich würde wieder einchecken. Sehr gute Küche, sehr freundliches Personal, super Chef. Kleinigkeiten wie gutes WLAN, Flasche Wasser am Zimmer oder auch ein Stück Kuchen am Anreisetag sind hervorzuheben. Toller Ausblick im Ruheraum und vom Zimmer. Aber ich kenne doch im Gesamten betrachtet „bessere“ 4 Sterne Hotels. Eine Seite des Hotels hat eine Hauptstraße, die andere einen schönen Ausblick - leider mit einer sehr aktiven Kirchenglocke am Morgen… Die Dampfsauna ist etwas „undampfig“, teilweise alte Einrichtung, die Zimmertemperatur nicht regulierbar und sehr warm, keinen Kühlschrank/Minibar. Es wird aber jetzt dann noch renoviert, bzw. umgebaut, darum lassen wir uns überraschen - es fehlt halt aktuell noch irgendwie das letzte I-Tüpfelchen ? First of all, a good hotel and restaurant! I would check in again. Very good kitchen, very friendly staff, great boss. Little things like good WiFi, a bottle of water in the room or a piece of cake on the day of arrival should be emphasized. Great view in the relaxation room and from the room. But overall I know "better" 4 star hotels. One side of the hotel has a main street, the other a beautiful view - unfortunately with a very active church bell in the morning... The steam sauna is a bit "unsteamy", partly old furnishings, the room temperature cannot be regulated and is very warm, no fridge/minibar. But it is now being renovated or rebuilt, so let us surprise you - the last icing on the cake is somehow still missing ?

Immer liebes und freundliches Personal, jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt, sehr kinderfreundlich - das Essen war seeehr gut - auch für die Kleinen immer was dabei, saubere und gepflegte Zimmer mit schöner Ausstattung. Wir kommen wieder ? We loved it! Always lovely and friendly staff, every wish was fulfilled, very child-friendly - the food was very good - there was always something for the little ones, clean and well-kept rooms with nice furnishings. We'll be back ?
