Es wurde uns unbürokratisch und schnell geholfen. Das LKL wurde nachjustiert, Bremsbeläge waren zum Glück am Lager. Der Service am LKL war kostenlos. Toller Service, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. So was gibt´s leider nicht mehr oft. Vielen Dank nochmal und liebe Grüße! During a stopover on our bike tour in Walchsee, we had a problem with the brake pads and the steering head bearing on a KTM Macina. We were helped quickly and unbureaucratically. The LKL was readjusted, luckily brake pads were in stock. The service at the LKL was free. Great service, nice and helpful staff. Unfortunately, that doesn't happen very often anymore. Jetzt bin ich Besitzer von einem super schönen Cube Moutenbike. A really nice advice from real professionals who understand their craft. There was no question too many and everything was perfect. Now I am the owner of a super nice Cube mountain bike.

Unkomplizierte Reservierung, problemlose Abwicklung; wir hatten zunächst aufgrund der Wetterlage Räder für zwei Tage reserviert, schließlich dann aber nur einen Tag gemietet. Genügend Räder für alle Größen vorhanden. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gerne werden wir hier im nächsten Jahr wieder welche ausleihen. Nette Jungs, sehr kompetent und super Bikes. We vacationed nearby. The hotel registered us in the Skibikestadl, so everything was handled quickly. Nice guys, very competent and great bikes.

Den Eigentümern war keine Mühe zu viel, so baute Christian sogar für mich einen Damensattel aufs E-Bike :-) und gab uns ausführliche Tipps für erste Touren in der Umgebung (Kaiserbachtal zur Fischbachalm). Unglücklicherweise stürzte ich bei einer kurzen Fahrt im Dorf und musste dann meine Verletzungen auskurieren. Die vorzeitige Rückgabe unserer Bikes war kein Problem. Anstandslos wurde uns der Restbetrag erstattet. Habe selten so einen Service erlebt. Wir kommen wieder! Great service and extremely nice crew! We rent e-mountain bikes in the Skibikestadl on summer vacation. No effort was too much for the owners, so Christian even built a side saddle on the e-bike for me :-) and gave us detailed tips for first tours in the area (Kaiserbachtal to Fischbachalm). Unfortunately, on a short drive in the village, I fell and had to recover from my injuries. Returning our bikes early was not a problem. The remaining amount was reimbursed to us without any problems. Rarely have I experienced such a service. We will be back!
