Our room was cleaned every day at an excellent level! Unfortunately in the village there is nothing to see, one has to travel by car or bus (free) to Kaprun, Zell Am See, Salbstadt or any other places. The only thing could be better: they could supply so called "Sommer Card" as a lot of other places do in Austria in order to use cable cars free in the neighboring hills.

X	Xavier Bury on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice typical Austrian Hotel with smiley friendly service. Very clean and comfortable. The food is definitely delicious and the breakfast is copious. Lunch is served any time after 12 which is nice and dinners are a choice of usually great plates well prepared. The soups and deserts were excellent. The only issue was the noise level of the rooms - impossible to sleep when people left the rooms in the morning banging shoes and doors (hence the 3 stars because this is a big problem). The same for the balcony doors which closed loud and sharp. Ski room, smokers room and other services were all excellent however. Hotel is 200m from the Bus to go to the ski slopes and you can ski back from the mountain down to the hotel.
O	Ondřej Šmíd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 10 days on our honeymoon, we couldn't choose better! We highly recommend it, you don't have to worry, as there are free tests for Covid nextdoor, everything gets desinfected frequently and it's a pity there are no other guests apart from few locals. The staff and the owners were all very friendly, helping, talkative, nothing was a problem (later dinner, rental of skis and accessories, tips for tours and sites, registering for tests). The room was spacious, clean (don't bring own food, there is no fridge), bathroom also clean and new. There is spa in the hotel, including multiple saunas, whirlpool etc. We ordered breakfasts and dinners, the food was always great: well done, interesting, tasty, kudos to chef! Dinner was always 3-course with open salad bar, so you will always leave full;-) We brought our own bikes, but you can rent e-bike to climb nearby hills, also hiking walks are beautiful and if you are adventurous, you can go skiing to Kaprun glacier (until June). If you want to go on a vacation, you don't need to go in winter to ski in Austria!
S	Stefan Hoogland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given more hotels 5 stars but in comparison this hotel would deserve 6. This hotel is in one word amazing. It is a family business and they are incredibly friendly and engage with their guests a lot. The best thing is the food in this hotel. We booked half pension which means a 4 course dinner each evening that is of high quality. Any wishes or big appetites were never a problem. They also got a spa and outdoor swimming pool which is very nice. Rooms are nice. However, in our opinion the beds are up for replacement. To summarize, i am priviledged to have visited quite some 4 star hotels but this one was the best. Will definitelly come again.
