When we asked owner about that he tell us: It's very big problem to find of the good chef... It's very sadly that new owner understands nothing in Austrian and Pinzgauer tradition and kitchen.... We will never go to this place again despite we've been there every year during last 12.
E	Eleanor knapton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We saw the big sign indicating a restaurant down a 800m slope with a free skidoo lift back up for free. We followed the path down and went in the restaurant. The staff informed us it was bookings only and had a very rude tone. We explained we did not know as it did not say on the big sign on the path leading down. They said there is a sign informing of reservations only. They then told us we had to wait outside and hurried us out where it was snowing hard, myself and my children were not allowed to use the toilet and had to pay for the skidoo back up. The man driving the skidoo was lovely. When we got back up we noticed a very small sign away from the big sign and the path leading to the place, hidden behind the queues for the chair lift. Overall the staff are very rude.

The location is still amazing but....Food has turned way below par. Half of the menu not being available. The charm and friendliness of the place got lost. Order got forgotten. Waited for over 75 minutes for our food. No attention to friendly experience any more. Simply rude. No more being pulled behind the snow mobile. Won’t return. We go to the new Eder Hut, we have enjoyed our time there way more.

My family and I ordered goulash, but got some kind of Russian cabbage soup. When the owner asked us how the soup was, we told the truth: “We didn't like it. This is not the same soup. " The man got nasty at us, said that we should be glad at least that we are sitting here. You can only get here if you reserve a place in advance. It is necessary to make a phone call, it is impossible to do this on the Internet. I think this is terrible, because now is the 21st century, everything happens via the Internet. Without a reservation, you will be put in a barn, or even in the toilet itself. The owner of the restaurant seats his friends at luxurious tables and skips the line. And the rest, apparently, at random.
J	John Wiltshire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to go here for the experience and the views. It's an amazing location and the owner is an absolute gentleman. You need to reserve here at the minute due to covid restrictions...but you won't be disappointed. One of the treats is getting the skidoo back to the chair lift. Both the kids and adults love it....top tip: don't sit at the front of the skidoo trailer unless you want a face full of snow :) I haven't stayed here (yet) but definitely going to look at it for future holidays...it looks class and I'd say the craic in the evenings would be mighty
R	Rufus Pierce Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely remote spot nestled in the trees. Delicious, traditional Austrian food, great service but no doubt the highlight was the skidoo ride back to the piste. We love it for lunch.
