Nice rooms. Good service. Very friendly people. Good food. A very good place to Stay of you are on a skii holyday. You can skii from the piste to the hotel.

Lovely Hotel with very Good food and spotlessly clean, Stagg very attentive and polite, Free shuttle service to ski lifts and free taxi back from town all courtesy of the Hotel, Only downside is its a mile from town so a 10 euro taxi away if you want to go out at night !! Don't let this put you off though, Highly recommended

We went there this year again, after last years superb experience. We simply adore the place, everything is sooo good. People who work there are nice and relaxed, everything is so clean and handy (we even got some ideas for our home). It is made for families with small children and/or for active people who love MTB. The owners have small children on their own, so they know exactly what to do, to make them happy and occupied...and if it rains, the hotel offers free sauna and incredible playing room for youngsters. Then there is their chef! Every dinner was a treat for it self, including for youngest ones...our 6y/ ate so much salad everyday, he was barely able to finish the main course...and the soups...i could go on and on (but must mention the food or at least the salads are still salted too much:-)...you don't even need to lock anything, the car or bikes anywhere (at the hotel or in the town)...and along with all that, there is the Joker card, which is a gift for anyone staying over night in the valley, which buys you tickets for all lifts(gondola) and so many other leisure activities...where ever you turn your head, there is something nice and relaxing to do OUTDOORS..you go for a walk with youngest ones and can find an interesting outdoor "thingy" to waste so much time :-) all free. The valley itself is simply biking paradise, not just MTB, for road bikers as well (if it is not 100% safe to overtake a cyclist on the road, all cars wait calmly, they smile and wave politely). Complete community understands the needs of cyclists. They know how to make tourists happy and i wish some of the Croatian seaside tourist companyes would come here and learn. Must write about mtb trails...been biking there for several years and i love how the maintain them...it gets better every year (you can find pure black DH trails or flow trails with nice little jumps and even some for absolute beginners). Thank you so much nice Austrian people and especially Thurnerhoff hotel stuff and owners! This is how we make unforgettable memories!

Fresh juice in morning. 3) Super Clean 4) Friendly Staff ?? 5) Great Location for hiking Cons For the dinner the selection of vegetables are great but most of them are having high sodium(canned may be). But the 4 course Dinner is really really great ???? and it is worth going for half board.

We had a very nice week in hotel Thurnerhof. We booked the Family Suite which was perfect for us with our kids of 2 and 4 yrs, as this suite has enough space and 2 seperate rooms. Very clean, modern hotel with a great children playground (incl lovely little house to play in), inside also a room to play, nice swimming pool and wellness. We will certainly return for another wonderful summer holiday.

We arrived for summer vacation with our small dog in July. All of us have been warmly welcomed by the friendly family stuff of the Hotel. The venue is clean, modern, has a beautiful surrounding and stunning view to the mountains. Spa is beautiful and dinner was outstanding. I can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing experience.

Excellent hotel with great amenities and food. It’s located a few minutes by car outside the city with an excellent view. There is a free shuttle to (and from) the main lifts which makes skiing very accessible. The wellness area is rather small, but the heated infinity pool (open in the morning and afternoon) has a breathtaking view over the mountains. Next to the amazing breakfast including freshly cooked eggs and the 6 course dinner, they also offer an afternoon snack with coffee/tea and warm snacks. Would 100% recommend this hotel. We’re looking forward to coming back next winter.
