P	Peter Gallagher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an excellent stay at Hotel Stadt Wien. Great location, comfortable room, quality food and really helpful staff. The spa and massages were exactly what we needed after a long days skiing and help with lift passes and equipment made everything very easy. The staff were all friendly, especially our waiter for the week George. He was great! We will definitely come back and would recommend the hotel to others.

It was a bit warm and the hotel does not have air conditioning, which is not unusual, but it is a lovely, new and well-maintained hotel. Food is excellent as well.

The rabbits, goats and donkeys also live there. The hotel staffs are all very kind and nice. It is located a bit higher from the village. It took 10 minutes to go down to the village and took a little more to go back to the hotel. It is a nice place for the vacation.

The overall service and quality of the stay was impeccable from the cleanliness/ presentation of the hotel to the range and quality of the food. The friendliness/efficiency of the service couldn’t have been better and the spa was amazing - the outdoor pool was stunning. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
D	Dean Sanderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best ski hotels we have ever stayed in. The food was much better than any other summer/winter hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel is modern yet still has an authentic feel to it. The spa and outdoor pool is a great way to end your day on the slopes. Although located just outside the main tourist area, it’s only a short 5/10 minutes walk down the hill. You will locate the main gondola here, or getting the 71 bus just outside the hotel leads you into the valley where there are 3 routes up the mountain. The staff where great when we needed them. We really wanted to experience the night time sledging just up the road. Reception rang the tourist office multiple times as it wasn’t officially open. The next day she informed us that it will be open for the first time this season, gave us all the information for the bus and also said the sledges where free to use from the hotel. Our only issue was our room being really warm and we couldn’t seem to cool it down without the balcony door being open (something we wouldn’t want to do all night). Also, the pillows had no real structure to them, even when asking for a second pillow. We haven’t reduced our star rating as we didn’t really give the hotel an opportunity to resolve this. If we had, I am sure they would have sorted something for us.
