L	Laura Stella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Bett war scheinbar nicht frisch überzogen, da noch Haare vom Vorgänger drauf waren und auch die Dusche war sehr verkalkt. Außerdem kam um 8 Uhr morgens einfach eine Mitarbeiterin in unser Zimmer und beschuldigte uns, dass wir den Schlüssel für das Zimmer gestohlen hätten. Später stellte sich heraus, dass es ein Fehler ihrerseits war. Beim Frühstück wurden die Essensreste von Gästen, welche bereits gegangen waren, wieder zum Buffet gelegt. Beim auschecken hatte die Rezeptionistin kein Wechselgeld. Also alles in allem extrem unorganisiert und schmutzig. The bed was apparently not freshly covered, because there was still hair from the predecessor and the shower was very calcified. In addition, a staff member came to our room at 8 a.m. and accused us of having stolen the key to the room. It later turned out that it was a mistake on your part. At breakfast, the leftovers of guests who had already left were put back into the buffet. When checking out, the receptionist had no change. So all in all extremely disorganized and dirty.
S	Sebastian Pangerl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erster Eindruck wenn man in den Eingangsbereich des Hotels geht ist erstmals nicht schlecht, sobald man das zimmer allerdings betritt so bekommt man den ersten richtigen Eindruck des Hotels. Nicht gesaugte Teppichböden, im Bad findet man überall kalk in der Dusche, ebenso Rost und eine absolut unappetitliche Toilette. Bettbezug sieht ebenso so aus als wäre er nicht gewechselt worden lediglich etwas darüber gestrafft. Nach dem die Nacht überstanden war, folgte das Frühstück bei dem wir schon absolut unfreundlich empfangen wurden, ebenso schmeckte das Frühstück. Ich hatte nach einer Scheibe Brot genug die Wurst sah total alt aus. Zum Schluss wurde dafür 22€ berechnet. Ausserdem wich der Preis den die nette Dame am Telefon bei der Reservierung genannt hatte auch noch ab. Nach der Bezahlung ging die Frau und ließ uns staunend zurück. Nicht einmal ein Aufwiedersehen bekamen wir. Not vacuumed carpets, in the bathroom you can find lime everywhere in the shower, as well as rust and an absolutely unsavory toilet. The duvet cover looks as if it hadn't been changed, just tightened it a little. After the night was over, breakfast followed, where we were received absolutely unfriendly, and the breakfast tasted just as good. I had enough after a slice of bread the sausage looked totally old. In the end, 22 € was charged for this. In addition, the price that the nice lady said on the phone when making the reservation also differed. After the payment, the woman left and left us in awe. We didn't even get a goodbye.
T	Thomas Bergermayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preis/Leistung stimmt hier gar nicht. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Frühstück solide aber nichts Besonderes. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich, wir fanden in unserem Zimmer eine nicht gut geputzte Toilette vor. Als wir die Dame am Empfang darauf ansprachen, kam die Service-Dame hinzu, die uns dann quasi als Lügner bezeichnet hat und die Diskussion mit den Worten "Entschuldigung - vielleicht" beendete. Price / performance ratio is not right here. The rooms are a bit old, the breakfast solid but nothing special. The staff was very rude, we found a not well cleaned toilet in our room. When we asked the lady at the front desk about it, the service lady came along and called us a liar and ended the discussion with the words "Sorry - maybe".
