U	UD Kap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice rooms, but the hotel is poorly run, especially given the premium price. No 24 hr reception, no tea/ coffee after hours, aggressive service at breakfast. Good lake views, though, and free parking.

a	andhiko putra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth the 4 stars they claimed...aside from location and view, nothing really stands out. My room has no door to the bathroom, not sure if it was intentional or what. Has only teeny tiny trash can, they claim to have minibar but mine dont have.
g	giliam rosseel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception at this hotel needs some revision, most of the time you have to wait a long time only to be greeted by someone who is always in a bad mood and hardly wants to do any effort to help you. Our room was up for repairs and the food was not worth the price. This hotel should not be a 4 star hotel (more like a 3 star) and so is way too expensive. I have visited many places in Austria and this was by far the worst

K	Kyu Cho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 star rating is over estimated for this poorly taken care of facility. Besides the view nothing really stands out. The room wasn't even that clean, I found long strands of hair everywhere. The worst was when my dog got stung by a wasp which were nesting unter the balcony floor, I couldn't believe it. Not even a sorry. The balcony was a wasp haven. I don't even want to imagine the drama, if children or, people got stung there. The management promptly removed the nest but the next morning they were still there as if nothing happened. Be careful of room 121. The breakfast was pretty good with a great selection, restaurant area is very nice. But the staff could work on their friendliness.

L	Lenka Mozley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel claims to be a 4-star even though there is no 24 hour reception available and their restaurant is closed on Sunday. We only found that out on the day of arrival. There are stairs on the hotel entry and therefore not easy with a pram. The staff didn’t respond to a request we sent them before arrival so always call to double check. Upon arrival, the sink was blocked. After a tough night with our 4 month old, I overslept and stayed an hour longer, the arrogant reception staff informed us we will be charged for another night as they don’t do late check out. The views of this hotel are amazing but that’s the only thing that is good. We stayed in hotels all around the world, we have never experienced such a bad service and rude receptionist/ manger, we will not be staying again.
