D	Dimi Rogatchev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really a good place to stay for a couple of days - somehow I'm with mixed feelings about this place. Kind of clean, kind of good option with the swimming pool, kind of a good restaurant in the hotel, but somehow a lot of elderly people working here who yelled even if you asked simple questions which were too obvious for them. But this could be me ;)

L	Lali Emesz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've called them on a regular tuesday afternoon to ask if its possible to use one of their room for an hour (have a shower, refresh myself) and pay for it of course whatever they ask for it, but I dont need it for the whole night. In the phone they were really kind and said its absolutely not a problem but 20 minutes and 2km walking later when I arrived, an old manager was standing next to the receptionist and when he heard why Im there suddenly all room was taken. Well maybe my blue heritage collection Volvo jacket gave it away that Im a truckdriver and even if I willing to pay 20-30€ for a shower in the room, some preconception about foreigners kicked in. No I was not dirty and havent got any mud on my boots etc... I have never been humiliated this much before while this old gentleman was saying byebye with a mocking smile on his face. I wish them the same hospitality wherever they going.
M	Marzan Emil Constantin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hostel = Hotel Auerhahn, i come in a business trip with other colleagues and we pay the same price for different quality. Check the room before check in. I got a dressing room, with a bad 110x180, and no air conditioning. What a joke.

Our windows opened to the stunning view of the old town, and the restaurant and service were first class. The bathroom was very large, clean and newly renovated. Situated in the middle of the old town, everything was within walking distsnce. The twice-weekly market is not to be missed!

We have called the hotel within 5 minutes, that we have just made a reservation and we would like to cancel it if it is possible and get a refund. They said it is possible, just send an email. We have sent several emails to them in the last few months, never got an answer (what kind of attitude is that?). We have called them few times, every time they told us, you should send the email.. Finally last week we have got an email (after many calls), that the refund is not possible.. We find it really unfair business practice, if they have told us on the phone at first time they do not give a refund, we would have travel to the hotel a bit more and stay there rather paying an other hotel… But we have trusted this guys.. It was a big mistake…However, I am surprised that the honor of an Austrian company is worth less than 200 EUR… You guys are very cheep...
S	Simo Scharrer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have only been to half renovated rooms, but the doors are creaky, theres suspicious stains on a glass door, the tub is VERY outdated and does not look very appealing to use. The shower however is very nice, as is the toilet and the rest of the bathroom. Heating did not work at all in my room, it was freezing. Breakfast is quite nice with the things you can order.

In august with no air conditioning, you have to open the windows so sleeping wasn't easy! The hotel itself is big and impressive. Staff weren't the friendliest. Breakfast was OK but lacking. Room and bathroom were good.
