★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am stat o saptamana in martie si a fost excelent. Personal amabil, mancare buna, camere ok.
Exista si o zona micuta cu saune dar nu am folosit-o pentru ca langa hotel este un centru cu bazine si saune la care aveam acces gratuit.
I spent a week in March and it was great. Friendly staff, good food, ok rooms.
There is also a small area with saunas but I did not use it because next to the hotel there is a center with pools and saunas to which we had free access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren mit 8 Personen in der Pizzeria. Haben also auch etwas Geld dagelassen. Einer von uns hatte eine große! Glasscherbe auf der Pizza. Der Kellner hat die Pizza nach Aufforderung wieder mitgenommen und ca. 10 min. eine neue gebracht. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Er war auch nicht wirklich überrascht ( so schien mir). Andere Pizza war o.k.
Gott sei Dank gibt es aber noch andere in Sölden.
We were with 8 people in the pizzeria. So we also left some money. One of us had a big one! Broken glass on the pizza. The waiter took the pizza back when requested and took about 10 minutes. brought a new one. Not a word of apology. He wasn't really surprised either (it seemed to me). Other pizza was ok
Thank goodness there are others in Sölden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage zum Skilift und einen sehr schönen Saunabereicht. Es ist aber keinesfalls ein vier Sterne hotel, z.b. fehlt Minibar auf den Zimmern um sich Viersterne Hotel nennen zu dürfen. Weiterhin waren die Bedienung beim Abendessen ungenügend. Gäste eines angeschlossen Restaurants wurden von den Kellnern bevorzugt. Das führte zu sehr langen Wartezeiten bei den Hotelgästen.
The hotel is in a good location for the ski lift and has a very nice sauna area. But it is by no means a four star hotel, e.g. there is no minibar in the rooms to be able to call itself a four-star hotel. Furthermore, the service at dinner was insufficient. Guests at an affiliated restaurant were preferred by the waiters. This led to very long waiting times for hotel guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant looks nice but the service was really really bad, the owners are eating with his family next to us, for this all the service are looking for them,and we wait almost 1 hour the food... because the kitchen was downstairs... hahahaha. Nobody have the control of the restaurant, two arrogant waiters, we never come back, there are many places, good places in Solden. //*//
