We were a team of 18 coming out for ski trip and they met our varying needs with ease, even cooking special meals for one of my Vegan colleagues. The spa is as you would expect with a 4 star hotel, all of my colleagues had great things to say about the man running the sauna session which sounded fantastic! The star for me was the lady running reception, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but she was incredibly efficient and helpful after we got stuck in Sölden when the roads closed. She saved us a lot of stress, super professional! Will definitely recommend to friends who plan to visit the area.

There is an old and a new section of the hotel, make sure to book into the newer part, its insane (not saying that the old part isn't any good). The hotel has everything you need for a relaxed holiday (spa, delicious cuisine etc.) and also has its own - and legendary - 'Grizzly Bar', the best way to spend the later evening together with some friends and some drinks!
G	G Cheng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our second year staying here and the hotel is nice and clean. Great spa. Some have commented that the service at the restaurant isn't that great, but it seems to be expected in this area. Food is probably better than any restaurant in the area though.
M	Made by Dmitrenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good cozy hotel in Sölden. Great dinners with no order system, anyone can choose and take a dish without previous ordering. The only big disadvantage – no minibar (or at least empty little fridge) in the room. It’s not good, when you bought something in supermarket and want it to be cold and fresh.

J	Joris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel had old and renovated parts. The room was very small and poorly isolated; you could hear everything on the corridor. But it was really clean and housekeeping was good. Dinner turned out to be a buffet; booking website said it was a 4 course dinner. It was a 4 course buffet... The food was okay in terms of a buffet, but no ambience. Good breakfast. The staff in the restaurant were all very friendly except for the bartender, he did not say one word and had zero interest. The afternoon snack was a joke: there was so little food in such a big space. Breadcrumbs. The sauna was not relaxing at all because you could hear everything behind the walls and there were too many people. The swimming pool was also very cold and there were too many people. Many, many children were in the hotel. Small gym, but it will do. Hotel was full and parking spaces were all taken on the last day. The location of the hotel was great.
