Mir hat es den weg erspart und wenn man hier arbeitet ist vor allen eines knapp und das ist Zeit. Vielen lieben Dank das ist nicht selbstverständlich. I would like to thank you for bringing the ordered medication (even if it was on the way) to my employer at the reception. It saved me the way and if you work here one thing is scarce and that's time. Thank you very much that is not a matter of course.

Ich bin nicht sicher, ob der gute seine Aussage überdacht hat und ob er seine vier Wände schon mal verlassen hat. Arroganter geht es wohl kaum. Der gute Mann hat wohl vergessen, dass wir Ausländer einen beachtlichen Beitrag zu seinen Einnahmen leisten. I wanted to buy a cheap nasal spray and the answer I got: “It doesn't exist in Austria! They all cost ten euros ”. I'm not sure whether the good guy has reconsidered his statement and whether he has ever left his four walls. It couldn't be more arrogant. The good man must have forgotten that we foreigners make a considerable contribution to his income.

K	Kristina Koester on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Notdienst, der kein Notdienst ist. Telefonisch war unter der Notfallnummer niemand erreichbar. Also machten wir uns in der Nacht auf den Weg zur nächstgelegenen Apotheke. In der Hoffnung, dass uns geholfen wird. Google zeigte uns die Ötztal Apotheke an. Am Notschalter wurden wir von einer genervten Chefin mit den Worten abgewimmelt, dass wir am nächsten Morgen um acht Uhr wieder kommen können. Unser Anliegen sei kein Notfall. Dabei machen wir uns mit Sicherheit nicht nachts, bei Minusgraden, für eine Kopfschmerztablette auf den Weg zum Apothekennotdienst. Eine derart unfreundliche und unempathische Dame ist mir im Leben noch nicht begegnet. Glücklicherweise konnte uns in einer anderen Apotheke geholfen werden. Alle anderen Apotheker waren über die Notdienstnummer erreichbar und sehr sehr hilfsbereit! An emergency service that is not an emergency service. No one was available on the emergency number. So we made our way to the nearest pharmacy in the night. In the hope that we will be helped. Google showed us the Ötztal pharmacy. At the emergency switch, an annoyed boss told us that we could come back at eight o'clock the next morning. Our concern is not an emergency. We certainly don't make our way to the pharmacy emergency service at night when it's below zero for a headache pill. I have never met such an unfriendly and unempathetic lady in my life. Luckily, another pharmacy was able to help us. All other pharmacists could be reached via the emergency number and were very, very helpful!
