★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and tidy rooms and lovely breakfast and evening dinners. To the downside they overprice drinks if you compare prices around sölden and you have no choice if you have half board.

Excellent sauna, no jacuzzi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice accommodation with a great location, but not really a hotel. The lower floor is completely renovated while the rooms upstairs are old and dated, but clean. 5 stars for the sauna and resting area. 3 stars for the accommodation. 1 star for the miserable experience.
I had to sleep on the couch in the lobby one night, after I lost my wallet with the keycard in it.
There is no staff during night hours, and no emergency number to call. I couldn’t even enter the place. I was soo lucky some other guy entered the hotel, after waiting outside for a while (it was -15 C outside). Couldn’t even get an apology the next day from the owner/manager.
And all this was after they moved all my stuff from my room to another room without any notice, because it was overbooked(they had my phone number of course). Found out with stupor that my card wasn’t working and my stuff piled up on the bed in the new room. I had to go back with them and retrieve my stuff from the safe (which they forgot about).
Really, who does that anymore??
They really need new management imho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not give the hotel 4 stars and would not recommend. Price/quality ratio is not ok, as pretty much everything in Soelden. Overpriced. Summary: basic room, clean, medium comfortable bed, wellness area with several saunas, but not working showers! - we were there for 3 nights, and some people complained, but nothing was fixed. One night there was no light in the sauna and some saunas were swiched off.. The staff at least could have hanged some explanation/apology note... there was nothing, even on checkout no one said anything! Such things really distinguish a good hotel from a bad or average one. Very dry air in the rooms, and impossible to open windows at night as the noise from the road is really disturbing. what was good: breakfast was really good. Parking was offered in parkhouse (but hey this should not be something special in a 4 star hotel ;)
