S	Shing Leo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked the host multiple times to remove the pre-checked box which says you can contact me by e-mail for a survey. Every time her answer was "i will, don't worry" and a big smile, but no action was taken. And now i got this survey request which i didn't want, like predicted. It's disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourselves! Also we first got a room which wasn't cleant and then we got one which didn't match the room we've booked. Also: rock hard beds, no windows that could be opened, no airconditioning cooler than 24 degrees celsius, dirty air vents and a missing towel. Only plus: breakfast.

A very negative point that sadly makes me award it a 3 star rating is the fact that we were placed in a room with a common balcony - at 1 AM I was awaken by someone smoking weed! By all means, it’s a comfortable hotel with very nice staff only let down by the choice of architecture!
