★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel manager is a very unpolite and arrogant person who, without any reason, harrased me allready in the parkinglot before I even got into the reception of the hotel in order to book a room for me and my wife.
I didn't get to stay at the hotel AND I NEVER WILL!!!!
Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
There are so many aternatives to choose from

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just returned home from a lovely 2 night stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff and owners could not have been more hospitable :) thanks for a wonderful stay in St Anton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like other reviewers, I found the owners incredibly rude. In my emails with them, I asked if they had any vacancies during the time we'd be in St Anton. FYI, you have to email them a reservation request because apparently they live in the stone age and haven't heard of the internet. Rather than simply saying no, they said my dates were impossible and if I didn't understand why, I'd have to "figure it out myself". I couldn't believe it. Why even say that unless you intend to offend someone?
My dates are definitely possible. I know that because I booked a reservation at a different hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not our first visit and certainly not our last. Such a warm and welcoming place - the hotel owners Marie and Gunnar make the perfect hosts as they make you feel at ease. A well presented breakfast and a good coffee gives you the right boost for a perfect day of skiing. The hotel is in very close proximity of a large ski lift that brings you right up in the heart of Arlberg. Great facilities and always in for that little extra care. Feels like getting home after a long day. Please mind Gunnar’s jokes though, he’ll get you by the nose :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The legend Gunnar (inventor of apres ski) and his lovely wife Maria runs this hotel perfectly. It has a nice sauna, close to the big lift, helpful staff, and is very clean. Breakfast is simple but has the best things!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gunnar and Marie were great hosts and our stay was very warm and comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean. The hotel has a bus stop so you can be dropped off right in front of the hotel after a day on the slopes. The sauna and the relaxation area were well-maintained and served their purpose. Will definitely be back!
