We were staying as a young couple for one week of skiing holidays and were amazed by the nice location of the hotel just right on the slope. The food was great too :) We will definitely be back again, especially to see the upgraded Spa and Wellness area of the property!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been staying in this hotel for several years now and we absolutely love it. Location, rooms, food, everything is pitch perfect and suits us fine. The rooftop pool makes it even better. The wellness is going to be ameliorated. Breakfast would also be perfect if the orange juice was freshly squeezed. But if that's the only negative point, it's pretty much perfect for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion, every aspect of the hotel was beautiful, speaking of the spa or the bar.
Although we usually go to the traditional Austrian hotels with wooden walls and roofs, this hotel's concrete and OSB parts can seem cold and distant at first but as time passed its uniqueness grew warmer and closer to our hearts. The staff and crew were helpful and inviting, always smiling :). The food was exceptional from the soups to the wonderful tasting and looking dessert. The Spa part with the library and the gym was cozy and well equipped if one had the desire to do some inside activities in case of raining. If one wanted a chill day inside the roof is the perfect spot, with an outside pool and a small sauna looking at the greenest green grass and snowy mountains of Tirol. There is a safe spot for the cars, and the neighborhood is quiet with some smaller shops around. We had rooms (a smaller and a bigger one) looking at both directions of the hotel and both were a really good choice. All in all, we left with an amazing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel with wow Spa! The rooftop pool is a true highlight and the wellness area very spacious - perfect unwinding after a day of skiing. Added to this, the location is top - right on the slopes, next to the lift. We highly recommend this fabulous hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel location and amenities are amazing. Roof pool is very nice, it could be a bit warmer for my taste though.
Right next to the ski school, so very handy if coming with children. Ski in/ski out cannot be better.
Very good breakfast and dinner. Very short menu for lunch but enough. Unfortunately not all waitress/waiters are friendly. It felt like a very impersonal service.
If you plan to ski on your last day, you’re basically kicked out. You don’t get any access to the ski room or parking once you check out. If you ask, you can park in front of the hotel but they recommend you in the breakfast menu to go and park somewhere else. You can shower in their single departure shower. This means: Having parked outside the hotel on a very cold and snowy day, we were removing the ski boots in the parking, jackets, helmets, and then walking again to the hotel with our clothes in our hands through the reception to shower. This felt a bit humiliating. The hotel wasn’t even full anymore so no real need to vacate. We were not asking to keep a room but allowing us to use the ski room until we had left would have been great.
In summary:
It is like the pool, beautiful, you love it and enjoy it but you feel cold now and then and therefore don’t want to stay long or you think it twice before jumping in again
