★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ligging is perfect, je zit zo in de lift. Chalet is sober en ongezellig. Ontbijt is erg basic en iedere dag exact hetzelfde. Zelfs op 1e kerstdag werd niets speciaals gedaan. Jammer.
 Location is perfect, you are in the elevator in no time. Chalet is sober and unsociable. Breakfast is very basic and exactly the same every day. Even on Christmas Day nothing special was done. Too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ overall enjoyable but staff need to be better prepared for afternoon tea and cake etc as items were missing! meal times were good but you would need to ask for sauces and other condiments! Not quite 4* as advertised. The staff were always very friendly and helpful when asked questions.Chalet in good position for Nasserein gondola.
