★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just checked in. The employee at the front desk can barely speak english, I had a situation with the ac (pic attached of how i found it and I told the guy at the front desk and the only response i got is that it’s not normal.
Also I booked a room with a kingsize bed and all i got was two singles stuck together. When I asked the guy at the front desk I think he didn’t understand, no solution was brought to me.
Very poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really loved this hotel with one exception. Great room and super breakfast. In a very central part of Vienna close to Public Transport. My only issue was the shower curtains were so light and short that you had to fight with them the whole time you take a shower. The natural air circulation in the room moves them, and they stick to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best experience that we had was the customer service in the hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. He made a mistake for giving us a wrong room but managed to sort everything out in an instant! The hotel room was very clean, cozy and comfortable enough for my mum, aunt and myself. The location of the hotel is quite strategic as it is near to the city center. There’s a very nice park to have a walk or just sit on one of the benches to relax. The BigBusTours bus stop is just 1-3 minutes away from the hotel. Breakfast was just OK, could have been better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for a company event recently. The rooms are functional and clean. The staff are exceptionally helpful. The breakfast had a really wide selection.
The company event was well hosted in one of their conference rooms. The buffet meal in the evening was also good.
It is directly next to a very picturesque cathedral and a short distance from the town hall. It is an easy walk to the city centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is very good in city center. Tidy rooms (a bit old, and some renovation should be evaluated), good room sizes, the one Ive got had a bath tub. Nice breakfasts.
I do not recommend dinners since portions are microscopic.
In general good hotel to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing room. Perfect location. Old fashion with a old piano. Beautiful wire. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Maybe a bit more attention to the coffee. But overall we love it.
