★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a perfectly fine hotel. The rooms are comfortable but basic and we had an issue when we asked about adjusting the temperature as it was very warm. The front desk the air conditioning didn't really work and we should just open the window. No kettle in the room either for those looking for a sneaky tea.
Breakfast was good and varied and the location was very convenient. Vienna is lovely!

Very friendly staff, clean, great rooms and breakfast, good location, good for families. When we return to Vienna will stay again. Thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located 5 minutes away from many stops. I think the most important one is Bauernfeldplatz, where the D tram stops. This tram is a gem for tourists, as it goes round the Ringstrasse and up to the Hauptbahnhof. In general, the public transportation in Vienna is (almost) perfect. There are two supermarkets in a 10-minute walk range.
There was a great range of options for breakfast. Starting with eggs, sausages, cheese, smoked salmon, pastry etc. Coffee was great. I would have preferred a wider range of fresh fruit.
The hotel was clean in general, as it was for my room.
The staff was really polite and useful. I would have liked them to wear masks, though.
I think a refurbishment will be needed sometime in the near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am still struggling to understand how can this be considered 4 stars, it is 3 or less. Unkind checkin in the evening. Everything close with the usual excuse of corona… will never get back not even for mistake. The only half positive is a normal breakfast.
