★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location close to the university, and a lot of public transport is nearby. The rooms are simple but clean, and the side road is very quiet. Breakfast is good, so it’s a good mid-range place to stay. I found the showers to be comically small, but that’s really a minor thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, helpful, flexible, caring staff. Good breakfast. Quiet street. Close to the tram station. The room a bit old, yet everything clean and comfy. The only thing I struggled with was the shower, which was a bit difficult, yet not impossible to tame. Overall a positive experience and yes, I do recommend.

I was traveling alone and didn't book even breakfast in the hotel.
3 nights in a single room ~ 170€.
The rooms are clean, everything works. Comfortable bed. Good pillows even for my troubled neck. Very quite and good sound isolation between the rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will tell the truth in this comment ... to stay in this hotel was a torment ... the worst hotel I have stayed in all my life ... apart from the staff that rises to 4 stars, the rest is maximum 1star ... the rooms are small, the furniture is old, the bathroom is old ... the breakfast is poor, poor in possibilities ... I don't know who offers these stars, who offers the approval for a hotel to have 4 stars ... but this hotel is definitely not 4 star ... don t be fooled whit the pictures ... parking is difficult to access, and if you take the car to the yard, be careful that from the trees you can wake up with branches ... my advice is not to stay here ... look for another hotel ...
